Easy and well supported
We went to their showroom and spent a lot of time, asked a lot of questions and got a lot of answers. With this we were comfortable ordering online, and the process was well explained and smooth. The couch is of good material, and we are happy with the purchase.

Limited support in terms of getting…
Limited support in terms of getting financing processed and had to spend at least 4 hours doing this at my end and had to call the bank multiple times.

High quality furniture at really good prices
High quality furniture at really good prices. The only thing that could be improved is giving a notice half an hour in advance instead of 5 minutes when delivering over 100kg sofa but otherwise I'm really happy with all the furniture I've bought from there

Nice sofas, hard to attach legs to
Nice sofas, but you’d hope that for the price of them, there would already be holes drilled in the base to attach wooden legs. There are already holes for the metal legs, but if you buy wooden then all you get is little white dots to tell you where the screws go. This was a major inconvenience, caused some problem with making sure the legs were totally straight, and really quite absurd considering how expensive the sofas are.

Cool designs, great quality, excellent customer service!
The designs are really nice, and are of good quality. Customer service is efficient, while still being welcoming and warm - in store, online, and the delivery staff. I had a change of heart with the color of my couch and they replaced it within 3 working days.
