Poor experience in the Regent Street store
My third visit to the Regent Street London store as I've been debating buying the Pocket 3/4/Pro for a while.
The team must be smashing their sales targets to be so disinterested in making a sale. I first visited earlier in the year when I was considering a 3, and the 4 was not yet released. Had they made even a basic effort they could have had a sale then. I revisited when the 4 was out and was happy to buy one, but again, was faced with an assistant with zero drive to sell me something. When I asked about the release date of the 4P I was told "we've got no info so you may as well look on the Internet".
Again, no attempt to sell me a 4, or offer a preorder of a 4P. A simple "shall I grab you a 4, then?" would have closed the sale.
That's twice I walked away from the store empty handed because I didn't feel valued.
This week as I was in the area and still wanting to buy one, as the 4P was still not available I decided to buy the Pocket 4 creator combo on the website for pickup to ensure it was definitely available, and it said "usually ready in an hour". I arrived 6 hours after buying and a disinterested assistant went off to hunt for my purchase. Turns out they hadn't even prepared it for collection, so I had to wait while they figured out what was going on. The store was dead so I don't see the issue prepping an order. No attempt to upsell accessories, or even ask me if there was anything else I wanted. I wasn't even offered a bag! I would happily have bought extras if I felt they even remotely cared.
In hindsight I should have bought from John Lewis. At least they care about customer experience. I have several DJI products and rate the brand, but needless to say, with such a poor buying experience, I won't be returning to this store!

Putting things right is what matters!
What makes a company great is not when they get things right straight away, it's how they deal with any problems.
The Amazon listing for the item I purchased wasn't clear about whether a charger was included. After I raised this, a charger was supplied free of charge, and better still arrived the very next day.

Great items as always from DJI, but not without a couple of niggles
Great items as always from DJI. The only things that weren’t great was the packaging. Two small items packed into a large box, which means they were bouncing about in the box. Plus they wouldn’t ship to the Scottish Highlands, which is still on the mainland of the UK and we receive deliveries from all the couriers no problem - so no idea why they wouldn’t ship here. Had to have the items sent to my parents in Yorkshire, for them to post to me.
