Do NOT trust these people with your car. Yelp them to get the true reviews about their conduct and performance. Sales people will sweet talk you, making promises, and sounding completely legit. They are not. The day you sign your contract, is the day you will begin an absolute nightmare.

Shipping my car with Easy Auto Ship could not have been better. From the customer service, the pickup, to the delivery of my vehicle, it was picture perfect. The customer service person who helped me set everything up was professional and patient with me -- I had no idea how this all worked, and he explained it all very clearly and gave me time to ask questions. The driver, Fernando, from Red Sea Auto, was a dream to work with. He too was very professional, friendly, kind, and efficient. My car arrived at its destination in a very satisfactory timeframe and was in perfect shape. I would definitely recommend Easy Auto and would give them more stars if I could.

I had never arranged vehicle transportation before and Easy Auto Ship made it so EASY! Everything from the quote, contract set up, vehicle pick up and drop off went better than I could have expected. They were not the cheapest quote I received - but would 100% ship with them again!

Super fast transportation from SF to Atlanta and great communication throughout! The car arrived in perfect condition and the plants we were transporting in it were super happy too! Highly recommend and would use again.

Awful experience. They told me multiple things that ended up being untrue. Easy auto ship will tell you things to sell you on the deal, and then they end up being untrue. They lied to me about the amount of insurance on my car if something were to happen, the time frame on which my car would be delivered, and how I could pay for it. I would never use this company again.

Amazed. Purchased service easily on Fri night from Easy Auto Transport (same company as this), sent across the country and at my front door Monday am all for under $800. Im still being constantly spamed from other ones i requested a quote. These guys didnt do that. The reason i called them back and said GO. Seriously, this is my first remote buy, it was so easy and i'm so impressed for a change. I checked on their insurance and my own state farm. They pay claims and to BOL's with walk around checklist and photo's involved. I call BS on these 1 star review's saying the insurance is a scam. Im guessing u tried to scam a fix thru them or your a competitor posting false claims.

DO NOT Use. Vehicle was damaged and the insurance were told would be available was a total scam!!!

Was really scared to have a car shipped from Texas to Alabama. Found that Easy Auto Ship was #1 rated from Forbes. Contacted them and the transaction was super smooth. Fast communication and professionalism were there from the beginning after completing the online booking. I highly, highly, recommend this company. Thanks for making this a smooth transaction. We got our car back with a bolt missing and half the underbelly missing. I called the company and they did nothing about it. I will never ship a car this way again.

Waited 12 days with another company without any luck. in 2 hours Easy Auto Ship had a confirmed carrier who crossed the country in 3 days!

I can't complain about Easy Auto Ship because it was indeed Easy! I initially had another transport company in mind but after going through that other company's BBB I grew concerned. After reading the content of the complaints (or complements) for this company I found them to be reachable (which is what I wanted), reasonable (I'm reasonable too!) and reliable. That's what made me submit a quote request and they reached out the next morning - Rachel was even considerate of the time zone difference. I actually put it on hold for a few weeks and told her I would get back to her - there was no pushiness from her end. When I was ready I called her on a Friday and told her what I wanted and the car was picked up the following Wednesday (which is what I wanted) and delivered five days later across the company - just like the contract read. The driver was actually pretty nice. He understandably dotted his "I's" and so did I. We were all reasonable and fortunately no hiccups (as things can always go wrong) and like I said "I can't complain". I will surely use them for the trip back!

Exactly as stated from the first phone call! No surprises and very stress free. Highly recommend. My car was handled just as I wanted, very carefully. Actually arrived a day earlier than expected.

Abby helped me get a 58 Packard shipped from Ohio to East Texas around Christmas. Picked up on 20th, delivered on 22nd as promised, ahead of time. Enclosed shipping and reasonable cost. Very good communication with Abby and transport drivers. Would gladly recommend and use again.

CS at EAS was amazing. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT VALUE. Smooth sailing every step of the way, including contracted carrier and driver dispatcher. I was acting on behalf of other family members (not my 1st Rodeo) and they were thrilled. Cross-country delivery occurred on time in the middle of the winter storm Elliot that gripped the nation. Will ALWAYS use Easy Auto Ship for all my future needs and recommend you do the same.

We had a sudden and unexpected need to ship a car from the midwest to the East coast the week of Thanksgiving. A quick Google search for auto shipping companies revealed a Forbes article praising Easy Auto Ship. I called them the Sunday before Thanksgiving. They were able to accommodate our narrow window for pickup (for an extra charge). They picked up the car on Tuesday and delivered it on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day), all as promised. The staff and driver were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The process was easy, fast and transparent. Communication was excellent. Shipping charges were reasonable, especially given the circumstances. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely use them again.

Easy Auto Transport booked my 2018 Porsche Cayman 718 on HB Car Carrier and they damaged the front bumper; $2,000 to fix. They will tell you that your vehicle is insured and covered however they will deny your claim without any proof. There is absolutely no accountability, no customer service and absolutely no protection. HB Car Carrier had no date/time/location stamp on photos and was completely negligent in their duties. I would never recommend shipping a high end vehicle unless its in an Enclosed Trailer. You will pay twice the cost but it may be the only way to go instead of driving the vehicle home and racking up miles and potentially paint chips or worse, hitting an animal on the highway. Stay away from Easy Auto Ship but then again, I am sure all of these trucking brokers operate the same - quick to book you and quick to leave you with no protection!

Outstanding! Easy Auto Ship was able to arrange transport of our car from Florida to Virginia on less than 24 hours request (our original plans with another driver had fallen through because of a hurricane). Anthony and Debbie are awesome and put us in immediate contact with our new driver, Alex, who is great! Alex texted us an exact pickup time and met us to load the vehicle on his carrier. When he delivered the vehicle, he was very patient unloading as we had to jump the battery (car had not been driven in a while before pickup and battery had run down). Alex could not have been more gracious and is excellent at his job. We highly recommend Easy Auto Ship to arrange car transport.

Excellent customer service from first phone call to hand off to shipper. We shipped a car from FL to CA within 5 days! Would definitely use again! Highly recommend!
