Just what a new hobbyist needed.
Just what I needed. Well packed and delivered relatively quickly, although the website was not easy to navigate because it stuck at times. I shall be back for more though!

What an amazing company
What an amazing company. Im totally new to the world of terrariums and was nervous ordering one online. DIYterrariums came up on a search engine and I bit the bullet and ordered their beginner diy kit with led glass jar. I was worried about shipping to northern ireland but I shouldn’t have. Their box arrived within 2 days and everything in the box was very, very well packaged with very detailed instructions. Quality and packaging was first class. Plants were fresh and beautiful with no damage. I loved putting it all together and am looking forward to it growing and thriving. Thank you Poppy and the team.

Received wrong plants
Good service. But i ordered 5 plants for closed terrariums and only one was suitable for a closed terrarium environment. I don’t know what to do with other 4 as i am sure they will die in closed terrarium setting.

Great service
Great service. Even though my plants were stuck in the sorting office due to heavy snow and unavailable staff for several extra days the plants were still in savable condition.

Thanks so much for leaving a 5 star review! I'm so glad to hear your plants made it through those extra cold days, they can be pretty hardy!
If they had arrived a little worse for wear we'd of been happy to guide you through getting them back to their best, or sending out any replacements needed :)

Lovely beginners terrarium
Lovely beginners terrarium, used it as my secret santa.
My only issue is that it took 5 days to deliver rather than the 48 hours as stated. Not your fault but Royal Mails fault, the plant was still ok.

Hi Lynn! Glad your kit got there safe and sound, I hope the recipient loved it! I'm sorry about the delay with Royal Mail, but I'm glad everything was still in good shape when it arrived :)
If you ever notice a delay just drop me a message and I'll get onto Royal Mail and investigate to get it moving :) Thanks so much for leaving a 5 star review!
