I placed an order and by mistake forgot to modify my preferences. While the original issue was my fault, I attempted to make contact and had difficulty which left my order being shipped as is. If I was able to get in touch with someone I likely would have been able to modify the preferences before shipping was done. After a few emails out of frustration, I was directly contacted by Daisy to assist me. Daisy went above and beyond to help me understand what I did wrong as well as did everything possible to help me cancel the order and gave me a small credit for all the troubles I had. I was just able to replace my order making sure it was all correct this time and Daisy checked in with me to make sure I had no more trouble. I will be needing more jerseys in the future and plan to order from here. The original issue was MY fault and the only thing I can say about this company so far is the communication was rather difficult at first. The time it took to get in contact was well made up for with Daisy’s time and customer service skills.

Ordered a group of jerseys for a baseball themed party and I was so satisfied the quality of the jerseys was amazing, shipping was a little confusing at first, but customer service and everything else was amazing will be ordering again, I wish I could add a picture because if you seen them you’ll want to order right away !!!

I omitted a name for the back of a jersey I ordered and they promptly sent a link to fix it and add the charge to my order. Unfortunately the link didn't work and I emailed back to them. They said they would fix the link AND corrected my order at no charge! Happy customer here!

I ordered 25 custom staff jerseys from Diyoj and my experience was no less than AMAZING! They were prompt with their customer support and we recieved our jerseys in a timely manner. The jerseys came out PERFECT and we look forward to buying from them again.

Great jersey overall just the number on back is a little too large I think for a single digit,but I could be wrong. I will still wear my jersey many times. For total custom they provide a great product. I will be a returning customer. Also they provide great technical support if you're having trouble with your order .

Besides the package coming a few days late due to the Christmas holiday. I was so happy with the 2 mesh authentic football jerseys that I ordered. I couldn't believe how amazing the quality was and the stitching was so professionally done. I will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you 😊

This is a long overdue review. Fancustom jerseys are fantastic! The jerseys I've ordered in the past have come as advertised, and within a proper time range for custom jerseys. I plan on ordering again and again from them!
