I had a very disappointing customer services with this company …

I had a very disappointing experience with this hair extension company. Not only was the customer service unhelpful and dismissive, but I was also charged additional taxes which were £58 to the UK The lack of transparency felt dishonest, and whenever I reached out for clarification, the support team gave vague answers or simply brushed me off.

For a company in the beauty industry, I expected professionalism and care for their customers, but instead I felt taken advantage of. but the poor communication and extra costs ruined the entire experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for fair pricing or reliable customer service.
