SCAMMER - AVOID - PENDING CLAIM

They quoted me £185 for an emergency call out to open my front door. The guy got the door open...then inside my flat thrust a card machine in front of me with a £597.60 on the display. I disputed it and he quickly scribbled up and handed me a paper invoice with all these fees I'd never been told about.
Again, I disputed it...but it started to feel like a pretty scary situation and I really wanted this guy out of my home, so I just gave in and decided to deal with it after the event.

I was right onto their customer service who after some time offered me a partial refund, which I actually accepted. But time went by and they never paid.

Now DIY-BEST has been ordered to pay me back £488.61.

I will do everything I can and utilise the full force of the law to get my money back + do everything I can to make sure no one else is put in this situation by this company/ Lukas Sumskas again.

Lukas if you're reading this, pay me now. This will not go away and I will not stop until justice is served.

Featured on Watchdog, that says it all

***FEATURED ON WATCHDOG***
Claim to be VAT registered so they can inflate their bogus prices with VAT however a simple search show their VAT number to be invalid. They were featured on Watchdog and exposed for inflating prices. They don’t attempt to open the door another way (a specialist showed that there were other ways to open the door, but go straight to drilling out the lock. A professional locksmith showed that there were at least 4 other ways to open the door. Please don’t waste your money on these Cowboys! They make up charges as they go along.
