This company is a scam!!

This company is a scam and I think all the positive reviews on here are fake, watch out! They told me that I apparently subscribed to their services by buying a gift card for 2 Euro, they then proceeded to take another 18 Euro out of my credit card without my authorization. I immediately emailed them and blocked my credit card, however this is highly unethical and illegal. I've never even heard of Diy4dreams and have no intention of ever buying from them. At the same time, another online company also took money from my account, this is all a scam!

It's a scam

It's a scam, with good customer support, and almost legit.. because the trap is that the buyer may not immediately notice that the VIP membership subscription is activated automatically for 66 euros. If you notice and take action immediately (in my case, I blocked the card I used to make the purchase on the site and wrote to customer support that I would contact the police if they did not disable my subscription soon), customer support responded quickly and, as an exception, immediately disabled the subscription. Then they offered a refund for a positive review of 4-5 stars. But I can't write a positive review because it's not fair play.

PS: two stars instead of one because the customer support is active... unfortunately, not to protect the buyer, but to get positive feedback.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM.

diy4dreams is advertising discounted products from different companies but when you purchase you are given membership to a gift card with an expiry date offering goods on their website. The goods you wanted to purchase are not on their website.

Scammers!!

Scammers!!
I never signed up for membership with this company, or a company called Shopallsport.com who have both debited me same time on the same date - twice, just days apart!!

I was (foolishly) trying to checkout an item for takealot via an ad that popped up on social media (lesson learned to only purchase via their actual website and not on ads ever again).

Thankfully I used my virtual card so they can no longer steal money from my bank account.

Stop deceiving and stealing from people!
