Yes I made a mistake with the address…
Yes I made a mistake with the address number.
They were great when I corrected it but the address was still incorrect that USPS made it undeliverable. This is about a month after I placed the order and decided to request a refund with them and PayPal. I opened a claim with paypal while paintbynumbers issued me a voucher code to reorder. They saw I had opened a claim and then retracted the code along with a passive aggressive email. I'm still laughing about it while dealing with paypal.
Stupid part is that I would've taken the voucher code and have sent to my work. But i guess they got a little hurt that I opened a paypal claim
