There is a distinct line between a 'patron' and an 'owner.' Nic has zero equity, management control, or financial stake in this business. We are simply the venue he chose to visit. Punishing our innocent waitstaff and baristas for the alleged actions of a former customer is unjust and misplaced. Please consider the real people you are affecting.
