The good and bad
The good: They have friendly staff that try to help and are responsive.
The Bad: Seems like internal communication is a problem. I had ordered my devices 3 weeks in advance but a few days before opening had someone call to set up a request. Of course they arrived late and only 1 out of 2 had a SIM card installed.
Overall a positive score but I'm probably being nicer than most.
