I ordered from Divine Booth because it stated was "made in America". A little over 2 hours after I placed the order I changed my mind. Website says 24 hour unconditional refund.
Messaged immediately, both on the site and through email. No response.
Received product from China. Damaged.
Again requested a refund.

Finally heard from them AFTER the product was delivered.

Cannot refund money after the order has been processed....2 hours after ordering is placed. So no the the 24 hour unconditional refund.
The product was delivered, so no refund.

So....their game is to quickly place the order, ignore all forms of communication and then deny any refund until it's "too late for a refund, per policy".

Do not order from this company. "Per policy" is their excuse they fall back on, all the while ignoring their publicity posted policy.

This site asks for a date of the experience....it's been going on for several weeks, and is ongoing, so no specific date can be given

I ordered medication in November and to this day I have not received it.

If i could rate it 0 stars,i would. Ive been sending emails but no replies yet they took my money.

Having written a review late last year in 2024, which was scathing and very much to the point, I gave them the opportunity of replying to me with an explanation having received a further email. Since this correspondence, there has been complete silence and yet again they are proven to be completely and utterly useless.
Do not buy from this company.
They are a complete and utter disgrace and a fraudulent platform for taking money and not delivering anything.

I note that other reviews on here are from purchases who have received items directed through China but who knows whether these are real, I doubt it.

Please note they have a Facebook page and I will be placing posts upon FB to further my complete dissatisfaction on this scam company

I was going to purchase their product but since reading the dreadful reviews I’ve changed my mind!!!!! Thank goodness for Trustpilot!!!

If there was a rating with a minus figure that’s what I would apply to a company that’s probably one of the most useless retailers with obviously no logistic backup whatsoever.
After one year of emails going backwards and forth sometimes with no immediate reply I get a response that there is no form of dispensation as it is shown as delivered.
I would not be taking the time over a long period to try to communicate or have to write this review if the product had arrived and prove that they existed as a company.
Do not order anything from this bunch of muppetts……whether they are based in the USA or China makes no difference, they are utterly shambolic, a scam, disreputable, liars, evasive and incapable of appearing to care, produce and supply whatever crap they are pertaining to sell…….AVOID AVOID and AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought 1 bottle for $24 abd it only lasted 4 days...Not worth the price.

I ordered mine on the 16th of June, and still haven’t received it.
They told me it had been delivered, I emailed them back asked if they took a photo when they delivered it and I still haven’t heard back from them.plus I hardly ever go out.!

Not happy at all 😡

..I have been waiting in the UK for 5 days now having purchased from divine booth..I see my product is routed through China and requires border paperwork.. it's late..well late...and from what I can see from it's product reviews...I should have gone elsewhere

I have never received this item and I have ordered it over a month ago so this is obviously a scam! At least I was only taken for 25 dollars.

I waited more than a month for my order. When I received my bottle it was not the same that they advertised it was from South moon the make. I contact them and I'm still waiting on their reply. I saw south moon make is much cheaper. I want my money back .

These people are crooks. Don’t buy anything from them. After I purchased a spray bottle I checked their reviews. Bad reviews and the BBB does not have any rating on them. People are not receding their product from this company. They don’t answer their calls. Just an answering machine.

Please everyone go through to good morning Britain they will sort this out. There scamming all of you plus this stuff could be poisoning you. Please if you have taken don’t take take no more

I don't feel qualified to answer this question at this time, awake today day 3 of taking this twice a day, notice slight cough, not harsh just there, also somehow l realise l feel different today than l have in last 6 months of no energy, no get up and go, no interest, is it this or just the time for improvement.....time will tell, can l endorse this herbal drop, then no l cannot do that at this time

Thanks for the heads up on this. I was going to order as its all over face book. I am glad i checked trust pilot first as face book is full of positivity about the product. If people are not well enougth as it is the last they want is to be scammed.

Ordered 1 bottle. Took forever to get to me. When it did, it had apparently not been closed well enough because the box was all soggy and about half had leaked out. I have tried contacting them 3 times and NOBODY IS GETTING BACK TO ME!! I WANT MY REFUND!!! Bunch of scammers if ya ask me!! Don't order from them!!!

I ordered the drops and they arrived within two weeks. I did find they helped. I ordered again and as I unwrapped the package and removed the bubblewrap, the box containing bottle of drops, still in its wrapping, was soggy. The lid was not tight on the bottle and the contents had soaked into the box. I sent an email asking for replacement or refund. Like everyone else I haven't had a reply. I am fuming.
