West Shore Homes took care of processing everything, so it was easy. Just a few questions to fill out. Only problem was the paperwork I was emailed and can't access.

Truly an advocate for their clients- after a complete failure in project management, customer relations and communications management with the contractor/installer company, Dividend - through no obligation of their own- devised a solution to help rectify the situation. Finance companies typically do not care but this is one that does.

The finance, product, and labor were the best we have experienced. From the salesman that informed us about the product and financing to the person that walked us around our home to make sure we were satisfied with the job they had completed. They were very professional and very trustworthy. It is sad to say that it is hard to find the quality of people like them in this world today. I am very thankful that they gave us and experience that we are truly thankful to have met them and worked with them to get what we needed for our home and our home looks beautiful! My wife is very happy with them and has not stopped talking to anyone who will listen to her about Pinnacle and Dividend Finance. She is happy therefore I am happy. Thank you.

Quick and easy transition for my solar experience

This was all such a seemless, simple and fast process. Everything was well explained and we had no issues getting the financing needed and at a great rate as well. I love how everyone partnered together and they were all on the same page... we didn't have to ask a million questions and got the results we expected!

Dividend made the process of applying for and receiving a financial loan as easy as possible. Everything has been self-explanatory and very easy to follow. Albeit my first time dealing with a system as such it has been a wonderful experience.

Every Step of the Process was PAINFUL. I am not exagerating when I say that every time I submitted something or called there had to be a follow up. I was told to submit things I already had. I was told problems were resolved and they weren't. I had no choice in working with this company because we assumed a loan. We will get out of this loan as soon as possible in order to have decent customer service. The WORST customer service I have experienced.

Dividend made the financing easy. They do need to communicate better, not with just an email.

Excellent experience had no problems at all!
