Will not refund u ur full amount

These are absolutely joke ordered an emma mattress and sent it back they refunded me only problem is they refunded the wrong amount and ripped me off ive sent them an email no reply they haven't got a phone number because there 2 tight 4 that so I've now lost money thanx 2 them will never use them again and if I was u I wouldn't

Poor experience

Logging in to my account has been very challenging and help has been slow. Although all is set up from my side payments don’t go through and I have to manually make a payment every month.

Refund delays.

Have been sitting on my refund for 3+ weeks now after Emma sent it to them. Keep getting told the same thing on the live chat, they don’t respond to any emails at all.
Quick to take your money but not so quick to give it back.
I wouldn’t go anywhere near them again after this experience,

Payment system doesn’t always work and…

Payment system doesn’t always work and is limited to specific cards. When you contact them to resolve the issue, they imply that you can’t afford to pay, even when you ask them not to because you’re clearly reporting a technical issue with their own system. This is very unprofessional and feels like they have to have a dig at you when their payment gateway is to blame.

Good company excellent product

Good company excellent product , just one small thing when you fill the form in when you put your address in using your postcode it comes up automatically on the form with your number in a box for the number but then puts your address in with the number in the address box , this then has you going round and round in circles eventually the chat not explained it to me but would be easier if they could rectify it as they obviously know about it , but apart from that very very good .

Order cancelled, multiple payments taken anyway

Placed an order with Emma for a new mattress. Used DivideBuy to spread the payments. All went very smoothly.

Until Emma turned out to be utterly incompetent (long delivery times; delivery cancelled) and I cancelled the order.

You would think they would refund my initial payment as quickly as they took it. Nope. But worse than that they’ve now taken the second payment. For an order I cancelled and never received.

They are hiding behind Emma saying “this is nothing to do with us: contact Emma”. Well, first, I did contact Emma. They don’t reply. And second, it’s a little bit about you as you’re the ones who are taking money out of my account. For an order I cancelled and never received.

So I had to complain to my bank. Who refunded the payment immediately while they investigate. So it turns out refunds can be processed very quickly. If the company wants to do it.
