My wife needed a new mask with lenses, I needed lenses in my existing mask. To try to avoid admin issues we ordered separately and consecutively.
My wife's new mask arrived in only two weeks after ordering!! Way quicker than advertised and it is exceptional in quality. She has a strong prescription and she can see properly with a mask for the first time.
I then placed my order. I sent my mask as directed and it too was back within two weeks.
My prescription is not that strong and I can dive without correction but all I can say is WOW. The difference is spectacular. The quality of the product is fantastic and I would highly recommend this business and their lenses.

Good Product. Poor Service.
I previously ordered from this company in 2016. Finished product then was great. So this year I reordered for a new prescription. There were a few niggles with customer service last time but nothing like the mess this time. I ordered on 19/12/25 being unaware they'd go into 2 weeks completely shut down re-opening 5/1/26. On ordering I uploaded my prescription. I got a confirmation of order email but asking me to upload my prescription. Thinking this could get like Groundhog day I emailed to check they had received it, No response - it took a search of their Facebook page to find out about the shut down. FB also mentioned a 25% discount for orders received in the holiday period to which I reasonably thought I might qualify so I queried that too. They said they re-opened on 5/1/26 so it might be thought a response to these queries would be received shortly afterwards. No dice. No response to further emails. Calls were made, unanswered. Voicemails left, unanswered. Eventually on 9/1/26 a terse email from them to say the discount was only for their followers and subscribers. No response to the other more important query and subsequently nothing whatsoever heard by email or phone. Finally in desperation I engaged with their chat bot, which to be fair (might be human) was quite interactive and responsive although were unable to indicate a likely dispatch date. Into February the bot admitted there had been a delay as they had broken the lenses. Product finally dispatched 6/2/26 arrived on or about 10/2/26. Their offer is ridiculous. I cannot imagine for most people this would be more than an occasional product. In my case once every 10 years so why would I be a "follower or subscriber?" In any vent it dod not mention these ludicrous terms on either website or FB. Very poor experience around. Mask is fine. But I doubt I would reorder from them after this.
Not impressed
I ordered a mask a year ago and after 3 failed attempts to get mask right I asked for a refund which hasn't happened. And now I find company dissolved in sept 2025. Not happy £550 out of pocket
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. The Dive Sight Ltd company was actually dissolved in September 2025. Looking at their last set of Accounts listed to Companies House, back in 2023, they were in debt to approx. £40k. There had been at least 2 attempts for a 'compulsory strike off', and finally now dissolved.
So now, if you have ordered and paid for anything from them, and have yet to receive your goods, and can not get a reply to your phone calls or emails, I suggest that you sue a Mr Liam David WARD as he can not now hide behind the Limited Liability status he had as the previous sole Company Director.
Special request gauge reading segment
Very helpful staff who are easy to get hold of. The quality of the work is exceptional and they will undertake special requests - for example, the size of the reading segment and installation to one mask lens only. I am delighted with the product! This is my second mask they have worked on now and the performance is excellent 👍

Unfortunately my prescription mask got broken while I was on holiday. I ordered a new one had it delivered to Liam and have just received my new franklin split mask. Its brilliant

Well I’m very disappointed with the service, communication and the actual product. I thought they would replace my glass in my mask with a prescription lens but all they have done is stuck some prescription glass over my current mask. Every time I emailed for an update I didn’t get a response. Took forever to get my mask back. Really disappointed in the whole process.

Brought a mask from here before was impressed so came back asked for bigger stronger reading lenses and got them excellent 10/10 could read the name on my dive watch at 30m
Really happy with my mask
Really happy with my mask, i sent my own mask to have lenses fitted, it did take 3-4 weeks so leave plenty of time if you have a holiday planned.
I had the varifocal lenses fitted, i can see clearly now on my dives, i would highly recommend.
The solution to prescription dive masks
I provided my own mask after buying from a dive shop where I could choose the best fit for me. This was not a problem for Dive sight and within a couple of weeks they returned the mask with my prescription applied. Pre-sale questions were answered quickly via e-mail and gave me the confidence to place the order. I have high astigmastism and the resulting mask makes diving and snorkelling so much better.
The mask is great
The mask is great. I chose the bi-focal mask which gives me great vision and I can read my computer easily.
Previously I used contact lenses but this mask gives me superior vision.
I have used my mask everyday for two dives a day. Superb.
Great service
Great service, completed the work I'd asked to be carried out within the timescale. I can now read gauges and timepieces underwater very clearly with no extra effort. I will tell all my friends, family and acquaintances of my experience and would gladly recommend Dive Sight to anyone.

I used to wear contacts but can’t now so this was a life changer the vision is as good as my glasses and able to read by computer easily.
I had the Franklin split lenses added to my own mask.

What made it a great experience was using the mask for the first time and seeing everthing in sharp focus. Since then every time i use my new mask its a great experience. Divesight gave a discount special offer of 25% off so very happy. All in all well worth the wait.
An expensive and frustrating experience.
Within a week the lens developed a rainbow blemish. I sent it back and it was repaired and returned within a week. Belatedly I saw that P&P was included in the purchase price yet I had been charged £10. I raised this when I sent the receipt for returning the mask. I chased this until the one and only time I managed to speak to anyone (9 June) Liam said he would refund my card and should receive in about 4 days. Nothing has happened since. My calls emails and messages have been ignored or parried. The rainbow blemish has now returned, but I've had no response about this either. You've had every opportunity Liam.

The feed back alone the making of the mask was great, my only thing was trying to contact them to ask questions or delivery dates! Sometimes difficult to get hold of anyone which is the only bad thing!

Very disappointed by my new mask but even more disappointed by the lack of 'after sales' service. When I expressed my disappointment I had one email saying someone would phone me but no phone call ever came and further emails were ignored. I had zero satisfaction and the company clearly were not interested in finding out how they could help. Shame as my first experience with them, several years ago, was very good but would definitely NOT recommend now.
