This is the worst company I’ve ever…

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order Sept 13, they took the full amount on Sept 16 and it took a month to get one of the two shirts I ordered. I still have not received the second shirt that was shipped out on Oct 13. “Candy” replies with “its transshipped internationally and can be 8-15 business days” except it’s been almost 60 days total and I still don’t have my shirt. An offer of a whooping $3 refund was offered to which I never received either. Do not order from them. You will surely regret it.

My order is DT87612, i read a some bad reviews after i place the order, so i am very very worried, and want to cancel my order, and so bad, i failed because the order has been shipped out, but, to be honest, the t-shirt is ok, and to the price, i think it is worth. and the customer service is patience, so i give he 5.

I would give them 0 stars if possible

I would give them 0 stars if possible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I ordered a shirt Sept 14th for Halloween and needed it for a party this weekend. Still haven't received my order yet. I sent 2 emails, both of which were ignored.
I contacted PayPal and finally they sent an email saying my order was in transit. That was 2 weeks ago!! I'm close to requesting a refund. I guess if I ever receive my shirt I can wear it next Halloween 🙄
Absolutely ridiculous.

Still have not received my sweatshirt

Still have not received my sweatshirt. Found this company on Facebook and asked if the items were shipped from the USA and was told yes. After ordering I was given a tracking number which doesn't work but the tracking originates in HONG KONG. Lesson learned, I won't order from a Facebook link again. What a scam company!

They take your money

I should have read the reviews before placing order. They took my money and no product. If I dont recieve my product soon will contact pay pal and file a formal complaint and get my money back. This comosny shouldnt be in business.

Potential customers BEWARE!

Potential customers BEWARE!! I submitted my order July 29, 2019. It’s now September 20, 2019 and after two emails and patiently waiting, I still have not received all the items in my order. I ordered 5 shirts and only received two of them. They keep telling me that it’s “in transit.” Now, on top of everything else, they send an email bribing customers that if we leave a positive review we get a 10-15% discount off our next order!? It’s insulting. I wasn’t even going to leave a review, but now, for sure I am. I will never do business with this company again. I try and not do business with overseas companies, which I was not aware of before I made the purchase. I have learned that almost every company I found on IG is from overseas, however, this is the only company who has such poor service. Bottom line, don’t purchase anything from this company.

Company is a scam

Company is a scam! Stay away. I ordered a few t-shirts almost three months ago and still have not received my my order. I contacted customer service three times and was given a BOGU tracking number. They took my money and ran. Stay away!

2020 DO NOT ORDER FROM DIVERSE TRENDS

DO NOT ORDER FROM DIVERSE TRENDS. The products are very poor quality, ordered a blanket and some of the pictures are backwards and upside down. Was told they are " inverted" this is a flaw in the product I planned as a gift. Customer service was pathetic. Offered me a 6 dollar coupon. Will cost more to send back than it was to purchase. Save your money and do not order from junkie sites like this one.
2020 update - I stand by my review, it is honest and my purchase is legit, buyer beware. Save your money and support local retail, I purchased that blanket in 2019, total disappointment in product and company.
