Avoid this company the communication is…

Avoid this company the communication is shocking they won’t message you back only when they dispatch goods so if you want to cancel they will ignore it so you have to pay return charge their charging me £195 I have been trying to contact them and no reply it’s a really bad service, avoid this company if you can

DID receive my refund

Just to say that when delivery date passed, I wrote to them twice and DID receive a cancellation reply AND A REFUND. They seem to have serious problems but are not total scammers.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with- charged me £98 to cancel and return an item- disgusting and disgraceful. Don't go near this company!

Avoid, avoid AVOID!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our bed delivery was delayed, but we only discovered this after chasing them ourselves - no courtesy of communication from their side. We’ve now been told it’s out of stock until the end of October with delivery expected in November, yet they are still advertising it online with delivery dates between 26th September and 16th October. This is blatantly misleading. Customer service is appalling, and getting a straightforward answer is virtually impossible.

Avoid

We were sent the wrong mattresses (paid for upgraded mattresses and received the basic ones). Assembled the bed and found that it didn’t match the website description. The company isn’t responding and now we are left with a bed that isn’t what we wanted and we can’t get a refund.
I wish I’d looked them up properly before purchasing. The deal was too good to be true and it turned out to be, but it’s an expensive mistake now.

purchase not delivered, total lack of customer service

made purchase over a month ago and was not delivered . Have to claim my money back with my bank now. There is no customer service for after sale customers and email communication is extremely poor and slow. Send many emails chasing up my order and delivery and no reply. Be Aware of this shop and their lack of customer service.

When things are cheap it’s always too…

When things are cheap it’s always too good to be true- same here!
Bed was cheap but looked really good until it was put together! Squeaks non stop all over the bed! Sent the company a video and they said it could be our floorboards!! Have you ever heard anything co comical in your life! Basically wormed their way out of any responsibility. I blame myself for buying cheap tack from a cheap company. Please do not make the same mistake!

I recommend you DO NOT buy

I highly recommend that you DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered the bed on 1st Feb, told it was on route on the 9th February, it's now 26th April and still waiting. Apparently it'll now be 19th May. I sold my sons Bed as soon as I had an email saying it was on its way. My son has been sleeping on the floor since. This is the worst company ever. They even had the cheek to ask me to review the bed that I hadn't received. Am I actually going to receive the bed? I hope it's worth it.

Awful

Bed base arrived 29th March, mattress was not delivered until 9pm 9th April. Bed base was poor quality, 2 feet broken and the clips to hold bed together not same size. Communication extremely poor and i do not believe you should need to wait 1.5 weeks between bed and mattress. Shocking! Would not recommend them to my worst enemy :(

Lacks customer service

I ordered a crushed velvet divan bed, it was beautiful and made sturdy, only there were no instructions, we couldn’t get the headboard to fit, so decided to mount it on the wall, the pisons need activating which they didn’t tell me, so we couldn’t use the function to open and close the base for almost a month, I agree with others that their customer service is lacking, i waiting almost a month for a reply from them, but they did include instruction in their email how to activate the pisons, they also told me that if I had bought the £90 extra headboard it would have fitted, I am not sure why they offer a smaller headboard that doesn’t fit, but my idea mounting worked best anyway. Daughter was thrilled with her new bed, and it came within the 10 day time frame, but due to the lack of support and headboard issue I give 3 stars

Beaware not responding

Beware Bad Customer service and seem scamer thats what I believe. Please read this company terms and condition before buying anything.

While placing order I had a question and I tried to contact them when I asked question about an item that why this company selling the same item triple price then some other this guy stop responding.
Should be careful
Please read this company terms and condition before buying Every single term and conditions are in favour of company
-They charge 249 pounds if anyone want to return,
-In terms this company saying that invoice name can be on someone else name
-Regarding Delivery they are saying item can be lost as well.
- After delivery withing 48 hours need to get back to them for any problem otherwise they will not be responsible
