Purchased side opening ottoman divan base (single)in (Naples Blue) delivery was absolutely perfect on time friendly helpful delivery team answered all my questions put item in room required customer service has been 1st class throughout , Had the base a month now is very well made & works perfectly extremely delighted with my purchase great price & wouldn’t hesitate to use again & throughly recommend, Divanbed Factory.

Good communication, but promised a time frame and call 30 mins before arrival that was not met. In effect, phone call 30 mins after time frame had elapsed and arrived 20 mins later than suggested in the call.

Not a problem, but please avoid promising to do something in a time frame and then work outside of it.

Easy to use website, was kept updated throughout re: delivery. Actual delivery was great - no fuss, on time etc. Very impressed!

The bases were ordered and delivered within the given timeline. The quality is good given that buying from an online photo is not the same as seeing a product in store. The delivery team were very friendly and helpful.

Mattress a little hard than I would have liked, not too sure the 'moderate hardness' was really true, but it's not unacceptable
Update, 01/12/22
HAd problems with initial mattress, after some discussion with their CS, had a replacemnt set, this one looked more like the one I thought I'd ordered initially, even had a label with a matching Name. Plastic packaging had been opened, I hoped to check this one was OK.
After a couple of weeks, well it no longer has bits that stick into me at night, but the dimples are not regular in layout. It will do, I've had to buy a mattress topper to make the mattress more comfortable.
Wish I'd spent more and purchased from a more established supplier, will next time

Very pleased with the service and the product. I live on a narrowboat and needed a small double mattress and not everyone stocks these. Ordering, confirmation, tracking and delivery were all very professionally handled. I have already given the details of this company to a fellow boater.

easy to order online although I did manage to get through to sales before hand, asking if the bed would be flat-packed, the lady there said it was. when the bed arrived it was already built apart from assembly. delivery was to time with polite delivery staff, went through the ottoman action with me and made sure it was in the desired position. bed looks to be well made, although heavy to move with the gliders.

Quick delivery and placed in room of choice. Good service via the website it was easy to place the order and had a fast confirmation sent. Updates for the delivery were also received and divan appears to be of good quality. If I had one thing to comment on it was the delivery chaps, they hardly communicated, maybe they were having a difficult day!! a smile would have been nice
