Don't buy, worst SAV

I placed an order on November 27th, but it was only delivered on December 23rd. Despite this extremely late delivery, the app showed that the 15-day return window had already expired, even though I had just received the package. This made it impossible to request a return or a refund through the normal channels.
I contacted customer service and was sent a link to create a return label, but the process required a BRT parcel number that I never received. The link was completely useless and blocked everything.
On top of that, I was under pressure because I had to make a Klarna payment, which I could not properly finalize while the return issue was unresolved. In the end, I paid the full order just to avoid even more procedures, despite the situation being entirely out of my control.
Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience: late delivery, broken return system, and ineffective customer service. I would not recommend this brand.

When will my order come back from the war?

I placed an order on black Friday and I still haven't received my order. The only correspondence I've received is from them chasing them to see and writing to customer services where they give me a generic answer like "it's on the way" (which I only ever received when I emailed them 3 weeks after placing the order). Every time I've asked them to give me a proper answer I'm met with the same lack of care. To top it off I asked about gifts arriving by Christmas, was given the same generic answer yet received marketing messages saying things like "order now in time for Christmas" and "buy things from us it's our biggest sale yet". It is a joke.

Great service and amazing scent!

I was looking for an equivalent of the 250€ perfume I love but definitely didn’t want to spend that much. I did my research and found Divain and my experience was great. Not only they shipped it super fast but they included a sample so you are able to try it before you open it in case you don’t like it you will be able to return it without any issues. Turned out that the scent is exactly the same as the perfume I looked for, so of course I’m keeping it. I highly recommend it and of course I’ll be buying more. Thank you!!!

Do NOT order from there!

Do NOT order from there!! Package was delivered to the parcel shop on a Monday (closed). Been there 4 times. No package. Christmas present for my son. Contacted UPS. Delivered. Not our problem. Contacted Divain. Response: package has been delivered. Wrote again. Sorry. Package has been delivered. There is nothing we can do. End... parcel has been returned. And now I have to pay the costs! I will NEVER order from there again. If you're smart, you'll keep your hands off this place.

I ordered 5 different scents for 1st…

I ordered 5 different scents for 1st time from Divain all 5 of them are spot on.
Also i have the original inspired with me so was able to test the Authentic one and the Divain inspiration side by side they are exact the same and on top of that the Divain one lastet longer.

Also to mention very good packaging with attention to details.

Warning: returns accepted but refunds delayed

Sorry Divan I can’t give anyone more than one star for keeping my money with no good reason.The perfumes I kept are lovely 5 🌟s.I returned several perfumes in line with their returns policy. Each perfume comes with a sample so you can try the scent and return the full-size bottle if you don’t like it.

I placed two separate orders and kept one perfume from each. The remaining items were returned and received by Divain on 26/11/25 and 04/12/25.

Despite this, no refund has been issued yet and I’ve had no clear update on when this will be processed.It feels very much like a bot is replying to my queries.

Just something for others to be aware of if you’re relying on their returns policy.

Very late delivery

Ordered perfumes 3 weeks ago, still have not arrived. There was no warning on the website at the time of purchase that there would be delays, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. They are supposed to be gifts but I'm sure it will now not arrive in time. They still cannot give even an estimated delivery date. There seems to be no way to talk to a real person, only just automatic responses in the chat available on the website. I had tried to communicate that these were needed by a certain date. I would have cancelled the order if I knew they wouldn't arrive in time. Now I have to go out to buy something else instead. Waste of money for me, and still no delivery date in sight. Will most likely need to return the whole order once received as I will not need them if they don't arrive within the next 3 days

I ordered on november 28, finally delivered on 20-12

I ordered on november 28, black friday deals. It is now december 12 and i am still waiting on their delivery. All responses you get are AI generated. And they don’t give any detailed information. They don’t respond on emails anymore, no responses to chat. I don’t even think they have real humans working at their customer service. My order has had a tracking number since the order confirmation, but the package is still not received by the carrier. It is getting so ridiculous and irritating. You can’t get a hold of anyone who can help. It is all bots!! The strange part is also that my son ordered almost a week later then me, and he received his order yesterday?
I think this firm doesn’t know how to do things properly, they leave their customers hanging.
It’s a real shame, because their products are good.

UPDATE 20-12-2025!
I finally received the package today. They included a bottle of body mist as an apology for the delay. I think that's very nice of them. Contact with customer service was also much better last week. The scents are very close to the originals and linger for a long time.
Partly because communication was much better last week and they included a free product, I have decided to give them 3 stars instead of 1. However, this review is only based on the order placed on 28 November/Black Friday weekend 2025.

I ordered and then wait like more than 2 weeks , they never issued the order . To come later to cancel the order saying that there was too many orders on them on BLK FRIDAY.

You won’t get your refund if you return. Avoid !!!

Everything is ok unless you return the order. Then you can only dream to get your money back. The customer services are just saying it will take from 1-5 working days and I am waiting for over a month now. No help what so ever and still the same comment - wait 1-5 working days.

Item Never Received and Worst Customer Service ever

Worst customer service ever. Item never received. I spent a month emailing and liaising with Divain Perfumes just to be told it's not their problem and I should liaise with delivery company. When I told them my contract was with them, they advised I'd have to wait at least a month. I waited and over a month later, they are eventually refunding my money (which I've to wait another week for). Not once did they suggest sending a replacement, goodwill or trying to rebuild any customer confidence or reassurance which any decent company would attempt to do. I will NEVER use this company again and I would suggest others do likewise. I've always used The Essence Vault and their customer service is outstanding and their products are excellent. (I used Divain because they supposedly have Palatine which The Essence Vault don't yet have). Divain should go back to college and learn how to properly liaise with their customers or at least take a leaf out of the Essence Vault - Divain - you really have a lot to learn.

Feels a bit scam like

Love this company

I have being buying from divain perfumes since the start of covid and have not stopped buying since. They are fantastic fragrances they never let me down. And you get a sample of every fragrance you buy. The bottles have changed shape now and teh sample is slotted in the lid. I highly recommend this company the price is brilliant for 100ml amd they do lots more now in body mists. Home fragrances and cosmetic.💕💕

Buyer Beware

Because of their sale, I tried 6 perfumes. 2 are just a bad match for me. The other 4 are OK---longevity and protection not the best but usable facsimiles of the OG. My problem is figuring out how to return the 2 I don't want. Other dupe sites like Dossier have a fairly straightforward return process you can initiate on their site. If Divain has even instructions on the site, they've hidden them well. I've now contacted them 3 times over the course of the last 2 weeks, so my time to initiate a return is growing short. I've gotten no response and can't even get an answer about whether they provide a shipping label or if I have to spring for shipping. They do say they want the return in unopened, unused condition, and I'm trying to decide how I do that when I had to spray at least once to determine if the fragrance worked for me. I guess they used to include a tester so you didn't have to open the perfume package to tell this. The 4 I'm keeping weren't so great I'd ever buy from this company again. I didn't waste a lot of money, but the dupe mark looks like it's fairly competitive and there are lots of houses out there that make a better product and don't leave you hanging if you have something you want to return.
