I ordered a watch 10 days ago, I still haven’t received my order. I have contacted Ditur’s customer service twice and learned that my order was stuck at the border. On both occassions, I have been simply told by the customer service representatives that they will contact the shipping company. I have not heard back from the representatives and still do not have any information on where my order is and when it would be delivered to me.
I will never order from Ditur again and I do not recommend anyone to order from Ditur. They do not provide any meaningful support after the payment is made. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

I am sorry to read that you haven't received your order as expected.
I have taken a look at the case and I can see that my college has contacted Postnord to make an inquiry on the parcel. Today the parcel has been reported lost by Postnord. Therefore we have shipped a new order today which hopefully should arrive within 2-5 weekdays. You should receive a track&trace number within a short period of time.

Received a broken watch. Beeing refused refund
Ordered a watch. Received one that didn't work. Went to a jewlery shop. They opened the back, changed batteries in case but said the wat h was dead. I sent it back. They now refuse to refund it saying there was a scratch on the back. What? They said they will send the watch back to me or exchange it. I decided not to shop with them but feel obliged since they refuse the refund. Unserious company. Norwegian, keep away!!
