The watch had no protective stickers. The price was listed without any discount. This is a new item. No watch documents inside. A big discount should have been applied to such a watch. It is not new.

We contacted you by email on 29/4 and explained that there had been a stock error on the last watch, which was therefore not sent - and of course not charged. In the same email we also offered a solution, but unfortunately we did not hear back.
