Positive with customer experience, VERY negative with Delivery even after paying charges for delivery.
One postive - Your customer service really helped me find a good deal and a nice watch, with their follow up email.
One VERY NEGATIVE - I ordered a watch on Sunday for a birthday gift to someone, and I paid extra for delivery, which said 1-2 weekday delivery. Then it got postponed to wednesday, then thursday and then again to Friday and now today it says Saturday. If this is the case then why are we paying extra for delivery options with this bad delivery service.

The product I ordered was broken
The product I ordered was broken. Only the other rotation device in the winder for 4 watches (2 rotation thingys) did work when plugged in and switched on.
