I placed an order on 21 JULY . I have sent several emails regarding delivery time as well as written on their online chat without responses. on their website it says delivery 1 to 2 days, - I have not yet received the item and no responses, completely bad service
I placed an order for a window cleaning robot plus accessories on 4/1/24. I have sent 5 emails and have not received a reply. The DHL tracking has not changed since 25/1/24. Very disappointed.
The website made it simple to make my selection and purchase.

-Enligt Dite.nu hemsida fungerar den på ramlösa fönster.
-Enligt User manual (engelsk) under 1.4 Warnings, punkt 9; Do not use this product to clean frameless windows or glass.
-Så vad det gäller? Vi har en glas-vägg utan ram där vi tänkt att det skulle gå men...

Regarding the deduction, did you use Klarna as a payment method? Sometimes they can be quick to send out invoices. Also, we apologize that you have not been able to reach us by email, our customer service has, unfortunately been overloaded with errands that has caused dealys in our regular response time. I see however in retrospect that you have received the product.
