d'Italia chops train off, charges me

I ordered a silk dress with a train. The dressmaker cut iff my train, after I said I would prefer to keep it. I complained to d'Italia and they offered initially just to attach leftover fabric to the bottom. I explained that was not good enough, so they offered 50% payment on replacement fabric. I wss given silk saton, not the same fabric. Much too heavy and starchy. I was told it doesn't matter beacuse its at the back of the dress. It bloody does matter, I paid for a sailk dress with a train. 1.5m train to be exact, and the dressmaker is pushing .e to have only 1m. My wedding is in just over 2 months. The material took longer than that to arrive in the first place. I am livid. This isn't even all that went wrong with the dress. Initially, the drrssmaker made my dress out of the lining instead of the silk. She did not listen to my instructions about the waistline - I asked for dropped waist, with a basqe V shape. She gave me this rounded shape after insiting I'd like it better, I don't. I had multiple sessions with her just to get my sleeves right - I kept explaining how I wanted them to sit and she kept insisting on revealing more of my arm than I am comfortable with. I also had my fabric dyed. They use a mill in India and this takes 2-3 months. Why not local? There is now not enough time to source and dye my fabrics before my wedding. They've stuffed up so much, I'm having panic attacks now and head office has not gone far enough to help. If I knew this was to happen, I would have never chosen d'Italia. Buying off the rack would have been a far superior choice.

Very careful before you purchase any…

Very careful before you purchase any 'ready to wear' lol wedding dresses (cheaply made overseas) from this company , they ordered a different size than agreed upon, dress was 2 sizes too big, using their recommended seamstress, $1000 later could not alter the dress to fit .
