Josh Rapaport and his bros at District Lending cannot accept customers shopping around, nor do they understand that they are one of many brokers I’m seeking quotes with. Their response to delays includes high pressure and high volume sales tactics. Their response is to rejection includes personal character attacks.

I wish you would have let me know you needed my employment verification when you approved my loan and proceed with the correct steps. I think this is a good suggestion for your future customers. Please don't mistake my intentions.
Wish I found them sooner. Banks were turning down credit scores under 700 due to the craziness, strictness & chaos caused by the coronavirus but needless to say, District Lending was able to lend a helping hand, which I deeply appreciate.
