Too costly products and shipping.

Too costly products and shipping.
For the amount I paid, and the extra shipping charges the delivery could have been much sooner.

The cost of the goods sold is x. The price of the items listed are 10x. I don't suppose the shipping costs, tariffs and import duties accumulate to that much.

I will purchase again if the prices become nominal.

Excellent, they carry everything, even those products that cannot be found on other sites, I looked everywhere and only Dista had what I was looking for. Huge selection, and very reliable company. Thank you Dista!!

Best quality products

Every now and then. I order sweets and savories from Distacart. The products are high qulaity. Good price and delivery is free above certain total price. They also offer coupons. Good to save money. I never disappointed with Distacart for the past 4 years. Will recommend to every one.

Delivery date was changed twice

Delivery date was changed twice, got item 10 days late even after paying delivery fee, no option to cancel order in the page, seller did not respond to email that was sent to cancel the order. Would not recommend buying from them.

Product not delivered

I had ordered a few products, including Vitamin C and Kojic Acid from Derma Co. However, I received two bottles of Kojic Acid, and the Vitamin C serum was missing from the delivery.

It has now been over a week since I reported this issue, and I have yet to receive any resolution or update from your team. This delay and lack of communication are quite disappointing.
