Ordering on the website is the worst

I tried to be patient to make a simplest order on this website, but after spending more than 40 minutes and trying several times, it still didn’t work.
After confirmation in MitID somehow website gives error messages that card expiration date is invalid.
And how “convenient” is to work in this websites from the cellphone…. It’s not.
And why can’t I choose GLS pick up point NOT where I live!? Why don’t you offer this option, and only options close my delivery address?

Looks like it works for many people, thus, I’ve selected this site for my purchase, but I had the worst experience for last many months if not years.

First and foremost the product is okay…

First and foremost the product is okay okay and the print is of decent quality. I sent two files and they printed only one of them three times plus paid for delivery which over 800 kr should have been free. Be very specific and clear when ordering from here. Anyways I think they deserve a five star, hope they check when a person sends them two files and don't just print one of them three times.
