We have worked with Tomasz, the CEO of Dispeed, for several years and were initially satisfied with both the service and the products. Unfortunately, things have changed significantly.
In the previous season, we encountered delivery issues that forced us to turn to another supplier. For the 2025 season, Tomasz assured us that everything had been resolved — he guaranteed timely delivery and described the new product line as the best so far.
Based on those assurances, we placed our order three weeks before our first race, fully expecting to receive our team gear in time. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Tomasz later attributed the delay to multiple design changes, which we accepted as a reasonable explanation at the time.
However, it has now been eight weeks, and we still have not received all of our team wear. To make matters worse, the logos were printed in the wrong sizes, and the overall product quality is among the worst we have experienced in years.
Adding to our frustration, Tomasz has stopped responding to our WhatsApp messages, and communication has completely broken down.
Based on our recent experience, we cannot in good conscience recommend Dispeed to other teams or partners.
