Be carful for more tax!!
I buy a product from €138,95
The sending to de Netherlands was €31,95
And I read not in the order that I have to pay €45,- after I make the order.
I can’t cancel the order also after this situation because DisneyMad can’t give me back my sending of 31,95.
So I got a nice looking Disney bag with quick delivery but 216,- that little to much.
The response time in live chat was good.
Plz tell your customers that they have to pay more if they are buying for your site and not living into the Uk.

First time I’ve used this site, I bought the most gorgeous Loungefly bag. Unfortunately I didn’t receive my emails but after a quick chat the customer service sent me through my purchase confirmation and shipment tracking info to another email address. The bag was delivered quickly and beautifully packed. I will definitely be shopping with them again
