I subscribed to Dismantly and paid 3 months in advance. At first, the support was responsive, but whenever I raised issues or requested features that were supposed to already exist, I kept receiving promises without real action or improvement.
In my opinion, the platform is overpriced for what it offers. Many other platforms, such as 3D Sellers, provide similar or better functionality for a much lower cost. I also found the subscription pricing inconsistent, as I became aware that other customers were offered significantly lower prices without clear explanation.
The biggest issue started when I continued pushing for improvements and mentioned that I would leave the platform if things did not improve. Shortly after, my account was disabled, and I was suddenly asked to pay “migration fees” that were never mentioned at the start, nor included in the contract or subscription terms.
What concerns me most is that they refused to provide access to the data stored on their system, despite it belonging to my business. This created serious operational issues for us.
I would strongly advise businesses to be cautious before committing long-term. Since the company is not UK-based, resolving disputes or taking legal action can be far more difficult, and unfortunately this seemed to reduce their willingness to handle the situation fairly.
