My husband and i were so unhappy to hear that you are not given us a chose anymore of what offensive words we choose not to hear. You have asked us when we write a review to not use offensive wording.
The reason for this is so that we do not offend your customers. Why are we not able as some of your Dish Customers to request that we do not wish to hear offensive language. 57 CHANNELS AND STILL NOTHING ON!
We were paying for 150+ channels & nothing on! We switched to their Flex plan to reduce the bill & we did but we get 30-40% shopping networks and about 30% infomercials and 10-15% religious channels. Then you wonder why people are switching to live streaming. Dish Tv is a waste. And forget about their "non-USA" customer service!!! THE WORST!

DishTV Service is one of the worst services

This is one of the worst services which dish tv service providing they trying to change even there no issue in existing hardware because of they want earn money after changing this way.
They guided to update the software then they asking to change setup box/adaptor/cables/signal receiving hardware kind of fraud business to earn the money. They have changed my existing setup box to update the software, then started one by one hardware to requesting change the hardware to get money from customer unnecessarily.
In the tv itself saying to update the software then there no need changes the box they are asking one by one hard to change then its applicable for the cost.
After all these done, they asking to change your TC cable. Then I asked how it’s getting earlier before change the box. Their answer is may be now the cables is not working properly.
Here even their side issues also we must pay, how fraud they are earning money.
Their service is Worst/Nastiest/Severest services by Dish TV. don’t believe their technicians. They are very worst technicians, or they don’t know managing the things to customer satisfaction.

Dish TV is appalling. They refused to install the satellite at our home because it was going to be too much effort on their part. Interesting enough they refunded my account prior to the install appointment. Apparently they are so good at their job they know days in advance that they cannot install a satellite. That is some technician. The promised supervisor never showed, which is also very helpful in resolving unanswered questions. They are not very respectful to customers, which is a shame as customers are their business.

I had query regarding set up box customer service received the call she was a girl at I had called on her 11th September around 8.40 pm she received the call I said her to hold on as I was switching on our TV...she was too rude while speaking...I experienced this for the first time...as I told her to keep the phone on hold for a second she cut the call instantly.. dish TV we didn't accept this from you..we are not free here to.call u people so many times and and get such a worst response...dish TV customer service is actually good..but this time.the experience was worst...I called for the second time sane girl received the call as I said hello she muted the call.....worst service dish tv

Worst Service . When they will get some money for the service they attend promptly. If free service within the guaranty period then they do not bother.
Case -1 = I have 2 connection from Dish TV Which got disturbed during AMPHAN. upon complaining in the customer care again and again for 20 days they did nit attend. Ultimately I called a local Technician to fix it and spend 700/-
Case-2 = Recently in 1st week of Aug'2020 one of the connection had problem and showing ERROR Massage no 301. Upon complain within 2 days they attended and replace set top box with a charge of 250/-.
Case-3 = Again the same problem within 4 days of replacement of set top box. Technician came within a day and said the new set top box had problem need to be replaced. AS this time the replacement will be free of cost hence for the last 10 days they are telling no set top box is available in stock.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.
THEIR AFTER SALE SERVICE IS WORST.
Not Into Auto-bill Pay
I'm not a fan of auto-billing and giving companies permission to take money out of my account, so I refused the auto-billing option.
Each month, when its time to pay my Dish bill, I open the app, see what the charges are, and pay the bill via my bank's e-payment service. Recently, I've been getting e-mails telling me I have a bill due--outside of when I'd expect it. I go to the app and see smaller amounts due--like twenty to thirty dollars. Recently, I'm get nasty-grams telling me my service will be "interuppted" if I don't pay my overdue bill! I check--again, its a twenty-something dollar invoice! Then checking the billing, I don't even see the payment made to them for $126 about two weeks ago! I know most folks do auto-debit for their bill, and I wonder if this company has any clue as to what their doing when they have to bill their customers. CSR had no answers for me as to what's going on. I suspect late charges, but my payments processed all before due dates. I want answers and just can't seem to get them. Overall, a good service, but billing--ah...not so good.
Hopper turns off for no reason
We have had three hopper 3's in one year and each one has had the same problem. We start watching tv and 10-20 minutes after we turn Dish on, it goes into a screen saver, without us touching the remote. We then have to turn the hopper on again. Dish technicians have not been able to solve this problem.

A total disaster. Reboot for every issue. It will during programmes reboot itself. No sound issues at least a couple of times each week. The folks at this company have an collective IQ just above their shoe size!

Airtel and Tata sky are much better option than dish tv.
