So I had this situation when they forget to place a disk in my box. I wrote them an email and they responded the same they and in the next day they sent me my disk with express shipping. Excellent

I've been buying disc from you for many years. I'm satisfied. Fast delivery. Delivery to Poland takes 3 days from the moment of ordering.

If you buy two mystery boxes and present them on your site as individual boxes, then do that. You combined all the disc in the same box and made it more difficult than it had to be for me and my friend. We each wanted our own mystery box as advertised. That's just bad, be better.

From shopping perspective was everything just fine. The only problem was UPS which has not delivered my package and left it in whatever pickup place. Next time I will try DHL.
