Ordered an item on thier Norwegian…
Ordered an item on thier Norwegian website which listed the product as in stock in the warehouse and delivered within 6-10 days.
7 days later no sign of it and no updates so I sent a mail just to enquire of they had any information to which I got a response saying the item wasn't in stock and due to Easter it has been delayed.
Now bare in mind easter isn't for another 4 days and this was ordered 7 days ago.
When I question this they say its in stock in Holland and that is apparently acceptable. Thats not what in stock means when you have a Norwegian storefront website.
No apology, no nothing. A mission critical part that I wasted time and money on.
First order and I had this experience, I certainly wont use them again, I am trying to run a buisness here which is hard enough.
