I absolutely used to love their paranormal shows. What happened? Nothing new. They still show repeat and repeats of the same old shows. I've gotten to where I don't even watch Discovery anymore. Really need some new content.

The ads make it impossible for me to finish a show with how repetitive they're! And they're the most ridiculous shows they're advertising. I just cant . This is my second time trying to come back to discovery and I cant . Get it together! The ads are absolutely outrageous and the exact same ones ! How many times do you need to show them on the same show let alone 8 times in just on episode! Extremely annoying. Who would want to watch the show they advertise that many times ? I'll never watch them based on how much i was annoyed by them . They're weird shows anyway that I wouldn't watch regardless. Do better .

I paid for the subscription with ads. But I am going to cancel after this month. I mute my TV on every single commercial because it plays the same commercial over and over and over again. Back to back all 3 ads that play, and every single time there's a commercial. Its the same gleaming slots ad where it sounds like they are sexualizing the freaking TV. Noone plays games like that. My 4 and under kids don't need to hear some girl moaning every time a commercial comes on. So im done with discovery

Discovery plus used to be good until Rogers bought it.

They do not update the episodes so I can no longer watch my favorite shows. Absolutely furious. And they started charging more!!

Quality of the streaming and customer service is absolutely appalling. Last night I was unable to watch the Brentford West Ham game due to a technical error with the service which meant that the stream did not work for the whole of the second half and extra time.

I registered the issue with customer service and was treated appallingly by the agent Daryl who completely mischaracterised my request and failed to respond to a follow up question in my response, showing a complete lack of humanity and respect. Clearly a dreadful company that only cares about money and has no interest in providing a quality service for their paying customers.

Watching the West Ham game and just stopped other west ham fans mentioned same problems on you tube fan channel.Missed the entire second half. Chat robot said would put me through to a human in a few seconds no response. Into extra time now knowing West Ham probably be a good thing missing it

Not enough new regular content added..
Used to be aired without adverts and think it was £5.99 now it's £3.99 with advertising and they play the same adds throughout so the repetitiveness really gets on my nerves. I'd much rather have the option to pay extra without the adds.

CRAP service - advertise shows then dont show them, way too many Ads, streaming issues, customer service is rubbish - do yourself a favour and AVOID!

My 600 lb Life didn't have all the episodes in a lot of seasons. They've disappeared. And other episodes that I'm interested in watching I had to pay in order to watch it even though I was on the $5.99 monthly plan. If they locked all 14 seasons of this show without having to pay I'll come back Discovery Plus App.

When I am on holiday I can't watch because of rights issues when I am back in the UK I can't catch up with events I missed either. This service does not live up to its own marketing hyperbole and after previous Olympics it is clear the owners could not care less. If we want a searchable service so we can watch the sport we want at a time that suits us we will be afforded a yet more expensive premium service. Media billionaires only want our money.

I have a subscription to Discovery plus as part of my TNT Sports package. It works (slowly) when I am at home but is totally useless whilst away from home.
Because I couldn’t get access to TNT red button channels on Sky Go I tried streaming with Discovery plus but it wouldn’t work, so I bought a subscription to Discovery plus. Even if I had managed to access anything at all, everything I wanted to watch (TNT red button Sports channels) were unavailable!
So I have paid twice for this service but it is still worthless!

I’m paying for a Discovery+ subscription, yet I’m still being shown ads, which completely defeats the purpose of a paid service. To make matters worse, ads are played in the middle of live Olympic sporting events, causing parts of the actual competition to be missed. This is unacceptable for premium, time-sensitive sports content.
On top of that, I have fibre broadband, yet the player is extremely unreliable — streams often fail to load, require repeated retries to start, or suffer from constant buffering during playback. This clearly isn’t a connection issue on my end but a problem with the platform itself.
If I’m paying for a subscription, I expect a reliable service and either no ads or, at the very least, ads that do not interrupt live events. As it stands, Discovery+ does not offer good value for money.

Half the shows aren’t available due to expired rights, no one answers on the chat. Overpriced for a terrible service. Don’t bother

Negative 5!!!!! DO NOT PAY for this. I am paying for a service that I cannot access and there is no person or option to speak to for correction; layers of insulation .

Complete waste of money. Is this fraud?

Advertised on TNT as a way to receive rugby in the Red button, one is sent round the log-in houses before being asked for £31.90 a month. Yes, nearly £400 a year. For what?

I had to go out after watching the first two hours of the Ashes second test, day 4. England had fought not to lose a wicket, so I was looking forward to continuing to watch the replay of the full day on the Discovery Plus app. I have always managed to do this without spoilers but, as I was about to select 'play from the start', I couldn't avoid the text which stated Australia only needed 65 to win. The match was therefore ruined for me. Two stars are only because the interface is much quicker and easier to navigate than previously.

Worked on my laptop, but couldn't get it to work on two other smart TV's. After a couple of hours trying, I just gave up and canceled it.
