OEM Pentair replacement Salt generator failed with cold water sensor failure after 2.5 years. Support declined to provide replacement sensor or schematics. Offered to resolve my problem by selling me a new unit at full price! No thanks.

Ed, I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your Pentair cell and support for it. Hopefully you understand that when you speak with us we are happy to do everything we can within our power to help you, but we don't make or warranty your Pentair cell. Additionally, to my knowledge the only separate part of that Pentair cell is its flow switch, not a temperature sensor. Hopefully you would reconsider your review and what Discount Salt Pool's role in the failure of your Pentair salt cell. If we can assist you with your pool system we are happy to answer questions or help with the equipment or parts you might need.
Salt Generator with control box.
This is my second purchase with this company. I am so pleased first with the price. I saved a couple hundred dollars compared to other company's. also my last salt generator lasted me 7 years. which is understandable. It was simple to put in myself and I am 82. I did have one question and the help desk was so pleasant and helped me with compassion. thank you . keep up the good service
