I received the pool pump in a few days. Discount Salt Pool has become my go-to pool company due to their prices and impeccable service. I haven’t had an opportunity to install the pump yet due to NY weather but expect it to work flawlessly.

I received Exceptional Customer Service from DSP! The salt cell I purchased from them (two years old and had worked perfectly for the past two summer seasons) wasn’t operating properly (not correctly reading salt levels), so I called them. Sarah was incredibly helpful. I live fairly close to their location and took my cell to them. They diagnosed and repaired it quickly while I waited (flow switch needed replacing). I appreciate the quick communication on the phone and through email and the quick repair. Thank you DSP!

Fast customer service. Had trouble ordering on their website. But they helped me through it. And called me to follow up and ended up registering my system on the phone. And when I couldn't get it to read the AMPS and salinity. Email them pictures. They got right back to me and told me I had to add jumpers. System is working so much better than my Hayward ever did. Make sure you get a system bigger than the gallons you have. The system won't have to work so hard and will last longer. This company is legit and based in Texas.
