The company was very efficient, helpful and speedy. I needed to change the delivery address as the watch strap was for my 90 year old mother. This was done immediately and was much appreciated. Thank you!!

Great company, quality straps I have bought several.

This must be my 5th purchase and every time the quality and design of these straps are brilliant. They certainly have the weight and feel of the originals and are very hard wearing. I will be back to buy more when fresh designs come out.

The straps are really nice. I ordered a medium loop strap which was too big. I contacted discount straps by their email, the email address comes straight back saying it’s not valid. I contacted discount straps via their website it took awhile to get a reply. When they replied they said to return it which I have and to date still no reply! It’s sad because we have used this company a few times and they have been brilliant! Such a shame their communication is letting them down!!

Braided band style straps were delivered really quickly and the strap quality is fab!

I was disappointed that both straps never came As actually like the thickness of the straps As Apple are too thick If both had came I would have gave 5Stars I await the new order coming Soon hopefully xx

I've used iStraps before happily, and placed an order with the new team running it.

There was a slight hiccup but dealt with very promptly and friendlily.

I ended up with one of their new Summit straps - early days, but looks & feels very good

The straps are really well made I have have very small wrists the xs fits perfect I bought 3 they are all lovely colours they arrived 48 hours after me ordering them I will be definitely buying more highly recommend.

Current offer included a free watch strap. Unfortunately a different size strap was sent which is too small. There has been no response to my email offering to return the free watch strap for a replacement in the correct size.

EDIT - * The below has now been resolved and I must say that, all businesses have issues from time to time, and it’s how these are dealt with that speaks volumes, and this has been dealt with fabulously. Thanks for that, it’s much appreciated. *
Was offered a free strap if I bought a strap on that day, which I did, but when my delivery arrived it was missing the free strap.
All of my emailed since then have been ignored. I will not be buying again from a company who CON you into buying from them.
