This must have been our 1000th car rental from Andy but our first time not renting out of MCO and using Disney Car Center instead and then returning to MCO.

We spoke to Disney reception at Pop Century who rang Alamo and organised for us to get picked up on the day of the rental. When we arrived we had been upgraded on our car and had a larger sized boot which was more than useful with our luggage.

I must have cancelled > rebooked > cancelled > rebooked about 50 times with DFCH since last Autumn as the prices kept coming down and it's always a smooth process.

Look forward to using them again as it's always a 5 star service from Andy and his team!

Company was a recommendation quite a few years ago from a villa owner we rented through. Great service and always a great price for Alamo in the USA. We only ever book now with Discount Florida Car Hire and cannot recommend them more highly for their service and price.

We booked a Jeep Wrangler through Discount Florida Car Hire for our three-week trip last month and couldn’t fault the experience. The price was excellent, and being able to skip the rental desk queues at Orlando Airport and go straight to the car park was an absolute game-changer after a long flight.

I think the best test is a company is not how cheap the prices are, it's how do they react when things go wrong. Andy at Discount Florida Car Hire is amazing. We booked our car through him to collect at MCO. There was an issue (my fault) collecting it and despite the fact it was 10pm UK time he had it all sorted out in just a few minutes. His service really was above and beyond what I would have expected and turned what could have been a holiday disaster into a minor bump which was soon forgotten.
Highly recommended and will definitely use again, not just because they have the best prices.

having known very little about this company but heard good things i decided to book a rental car with them.
The prices on offer were excellent and a number of key insurance products were included as standard.
I spoke with Andy was very helpful and he also explained that if the price dropped during the run up to going away then contact him by email and just rebook. That is exactly what happened so first plan cancelled re booked saving around £300 on the same booking ! Perfect. Alamo very good no lines or queues just skip the counter and straight to garage and out once we picked the car. No upsell of other things at the hire desk, all skipped.
This was a brilliant service and if i am going to florida will use them 100% prices much better than the standard stuff and insurances included.
Can only highly recommend - do it ! You wont regret it!

I have used Andy for my US car hire for several years. He always offers the best customer service and his prices are always lower than his competitors. He uses all the main rental companies and is always efficient in sorting out any queries that might arise with the rental companies, if any issues occur. I would highly recommend Andy and his team. I use them all the time, nothing is too much trouble. If you have an issue with your booking or it reduces in price they change the booking for you free of charge!

I use them every year and would not go anywhere else, they are absolutely amazing!

I've used DFCH for at least 10 years and multiple times in any one year. I've occasionally researched prices direct with car hire companies and DFCH are always better. I have also changed times and dates of hire on some occasions. None of these have been difficult to do and have resulted in me getting exactly what I needed with no issues in terms of changes or refunds. On the odd occasions my bookings have got complicated (due to me, not DFCH) I have contacted Andy and his team via email or telephone and everything has been resolved with speed and no fuss whatsoever. I have no relationship with the company or anyone that works for it but if you are thinking of using DFCH, just do it.

Excellent service from Andy. We were faced with the hurricane when we arrived in Florida so I had to cancel and re-book the car hire twice. This was never an issue and was handled professionally and quickly, I would highly recommend discountfloridacarhire.

Easy to choose what car type you want and what hire company you want.

The car we had for 3wks was perfect, no issues at all.
