Found what is was looking for (a small bike pump) for a good price

Bought a frog bike which they over the phone said was being delivered unassembled. They said it was easy to put together, but there honestly is no info about this online, and its been a struggle ever since. have a feeling the way it was boxed up, the wheel was bent as well. Very dissapointing as these bikes cost a pretty penny, and they are not exactly ikea packages. Should have gone elsewhere.

Discounted Bikes had a good selection of bikes at good prices. The Claud Butler bike I ordered arrived quickly and I received a call to confirm that I had got it okay. The bike needed some building which was fairly easy to do following the instructions. But there were a few issues with it which I had to deal with: the front tyre regularly deflated from the start so the tube had a slow puncture, and the handlebars had been wrongly positioned which made riding and using the brakes difficult, which was dangerous, and had to be adjusted. My advice is to double check everything before riding it.

Discounted bikes were very responsive and helpful in my initial 'webchat' queries on their website with very detailed and professional answers. The product I bought (an O'Neal helmet) was very high quality and easily the best price in the UK. It was dispatched promptly with full tracking and arrived within two working days. It was great to buy from a real physical bike shop and deal with a real person. So much better than many pure online retailers with useless chatbots. I'll certainly visit in person next time I'm in the area..

Hugely disappointed by Discounted Bikes. Purchased a frog 44 bike for my daughter as a Christmas present, but it arrived without having any assembly before sending out. I'm talking nothing - the brakes weren't connected, the reflectors weren't connected, the chain guard wasn't installed nor were the mudguards or even the bell. I expected the pedals to be removed and the handlbars turned round, that's fair enough, but they had done nothing at all to prepare it.
Unfortunately there are no instructions as to how to fit any of these things, so I've now spent ages trying to work out how they go together.
Really poor service from Discounted Bikes.
