Since i'm not allowed to reply to the response to my previous post, I'm leaving a new one. 1st comment - "However, we did not receive any prior notification from your end that your desired placement spot was unsafe". My desired placement was not unsafe. There is a incline to my driveway and your driver thought he would get stuck. I disagreed. "Our driver did, in fact, contact you prior to arrival and informed you the chosen location was safe for placement, to which you disagreed". This is completely false. The driver contacted me 10 minutes prior to arrival and informed me he was close. That is all. The "alternate" spot offered was no where near my construction and useless to me so that seemed like an empty offer.

Sign a contract and paid hundreds of dollars to Discount Dumpster in Englewood, CO to schedule a rolloff dumpster for debris from a home remodel project. First available delivery date was Saturday. Spent Thursday and Friday boxing items, moving furniture out of several rooms and hired a crew to disassemble the pool table.Cancelled weekend social plans to begin the demo this morning while eagerly looking out for the dumpster delivery. It is now 7pm Saturday evening and still no dumpster. Nobody called to warn me. I called Discount Dumpster several times, only to get a voicemail saying they were closed. Originally called on Wednesday to order a dumpster -Casey answered my call. He efficiently described the costs and details and said they could delivery the dumpster this coming Saturday. He quickly emailed the contract for me to sign digitally and executed my payment in full. Cody, from the Operations Dept. called afterwards stating they had my order in the system and expected delivery early Saturday morning. Did the Operations Dept. screw up or perhaps Casey just wanted to lure me in a deceitful manner? Either way they have caused considerable stress and delayed my project as I cannot continue the demo without a place to dispose of the debris. I'm sure there are better companies to hire for dumpster rentals.

Excellent experience with everything from getting a quote, to drop off and pick up of dumpster.
Very friendly young man on the phone (wish I could recall his name!), even recommended best side of driveway for placement of dumpster for easier loading from looking at satellite image. Everything went very smoothly. HIGHLY recommend this company for dumpster rental. Also much cheaper than other companies I looked into.

Dropped off dumpster right on time, and right where desired. Came and picked up in a timely matter right on time

Shorter term rental (2 weeks) than most other dumpsters, but slightly cheaper price. I knew I wouldn't need it longer than 2 weeks so this was not an issue. Delivery on site was exactly where I wanted it, to the side of the driveway. Ordered only 3 days in advance and they had one available (30 cubic yards). Staff very responsive and helpful on the phone.

I called on a Saturday, and was helped before they closed for the day. The dumpster was delivered just as they said it would be, in the exact spot that was asked.

Overall great, and would recommend for anyone that needs a dumpster.

Cody was very helpful in getting me the right dumpster for my needs. Drop off and pick up were on time. Their rates are are more than reasonable compared to other dumpster rental places I checked.

From estimate to delivery Discount Dumpster was great! Professional, great pricing, informative, on time and courteous. Driver got here early, called to make sure we were ready and confirmed placement.
Eric was very informative and was able to help me determine what size I needed. There was no pressure to upsize or book immediately. Great customer service overall!

Great experience! I had looked at a couple of companies and Discount Dumpster had the one of the better prices and a 2 week rental; other places charged for a week only.
Drop off and pickup went without a hitch and the dumpster was placed exactly where we wanted it. As an added bonus, they delivered a 20 yard dumpster instead of the 15 yard I had ordered and did not try to up charge for this.
Will use them again and encourage others to seek their services when looking to rent a dumpster.
