poor customer service
first time web order with typical middlewoman company forwarding pre-boxed sealed product at discount. Web order substitued product at checkout - which was then returned after problematical interaction. Mary Thomas (owner) claimed return was incomplete (it wasn't) and failed to make full refund. I have local friends in St. Louis that referred this company. I am advising them and others of my experience. A bad reputation is bad for business and great customer service is essential for a good reputation.
