Discount Shoes 

Avoid like the plague. They advertised a boot on facebook which I bought for my birthday. It took a while to come so obviously from abroad. When they arrived they were suede and not leather as was clearly in the video advert. When I asked for a refund it was like asking for a miracle. They have refunded me £1.79 (10%) they say, of around £22. I can keep the boots but I hate them so now I have to try and sell them to make my money back. I will never buy from them again. In the FB advert they were trading under Easlve Discount.

I ordered a uk14 boot but what has just arrived is closer to a uk9. Was not impressed with this after not being able to track my parcel to start with so it showing up at a random time. And now them being of no use to anyone. Now the hastle of trying to get a refund or sell them. Great. Avoid the hastle.

Terrible quality shoe. Didnt fit. Ive emailed them for a return and not had a response

Cheap flimsy boots, nothing like photo.
Size 6 is more like a size 4/5
Email them to return and they offer 10% refund and I keep the boots. Or I pay to return boots to china!

Absolutely horrible sandals, very narrow cheaply made pair of sandals ive every bought be very careful as i was only offered a £5 voucher when I asked for a refund I paid £23.99 altogether they also took ages to come don't waste your money

The only thing that they did was take our money.
Ordered a pair of shoes, when they arrived a completely different shoes from what was ordered. Ask for return label, told they don’t send them. We could keep the shoes as a goodwill gesture and they would give us 10% discount on our next order. They also said they don’t do refunds unless we pay to send them back, if they get them then they would inspect them to their satisfaction before a refund issued.

Ordered shoes received a different pair. After email conversation they offered discount, I refused, then said post back to China at my expense, could take up to a month to arrive. They refused to provide and pay for return postage. DO USE THIS COMPANY

Absolute scamming horrible company. They show lovely looking sandals, but send out total crap footwear that is nothing like the photo of what you thought you ordered. Then they have the cheek to offer a mere 10% refund, or tell you to send them back (to China) at a cost of more than what you paid for the shoes in the first place. Then when you put a comment on the Facebook advert they delete it. Please stay clear.

Worse company ever take weeks to arrive and send you children size 3 when you order size 8 adult then tell you to give to a friend as will cost more to return but don’t have any dwarf friends to give them too yet another cheap nasty Chinese company ripping people off avoid at all cost

Using Westeria trade Ltd registration on companies house for multtrade names including discount shoes, Jones, and many more. History of scamming, I have reported to trading standards
