My computers have not been shipped to Fed ex as of 12/27/2019 I was told by your company that I would have them on this date fedex is now saying I will have them on 12/31/2019

Good shape , only a few dings. Monitor took a little work to get working.

My product was supposed to arrive the Sunday before Christmas. FedEx said that they never received the product. Your company says that Fedex lost it. I’m still waiting on my computer and another update.

My order was suppose yo be to my daughter by the 23rd and discount computers still have my computer I paid for so my daughter had no gift for Christmas I spent all I had on this one gift

I am a repeat customer. A year ago I bought a computer for my granddaughter and from being shipped the keyboard was broken and they replaced free even the shipping was free. And the price is so incredible that even I living on Social Security can afford to buy.

My computer is supposed to be here today and FedEx says that they have not even picked it up. I am supposed to call the shipper who is not even answering. Is this a scam???????

I bought the Dell optiplex 980 through Walmart, I have spent at least $75.00 on different cables trying to get the damn thing to recognize the tv I'm using for the monitor. After reading the reviews here, I really believe that Walmart should be ashamed to let this company sell this crap through the Walmart.com site, but since they do maybe Walmart should be held responsible as well. Merry Christmas everyone, I hope y'all get these issues taken care of.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago. The tracking info said I should of received yesterday now the tracking number is telling me pending and it has not been shipped.. I have been on hold for 3 hours trying to talk to sometime. I have even emailed a couple of times and have not received anything..

I purchased duel monitors from this company, one of the monitors blew up, in less than 30 days I contacted them for a replacement due to it having a 90 day warranty, it has been 3 weeks and they have yet to send my replacement monitor, I've emailed them and gotten no response. Not a reliable company.

Cannot get a hold of ANYONE at this company. Honestly beginning to think I’ve been scammed. Sat on hold with customer service for over 45 minutes on 2 occasions. Not a single human being ever came on the phone. I’ve sent 2 emails, both not responded to. I’ve sent 2 customer service form, both not responded to. I’ve never felt this way about a company, ever. I’m disgusted and angry.

I ordered a computer from you guys through walmart...you lied and said i cancelled my order so walmart refunded me my money back...only to find out walmart said it was lost in transit!...my order was suppose to be here today dec 19...i need my computer or my money!

Hi I don't normally leave a rating but i am highly upset with this company!
First I order a desk top from them and they where quick to pick up the phone for that , then they sent the system and did not send the second monitor i was able to get a hold of them after a few try's and they sent the monitor.
then i connect the system and the CPU turns on but and the monitors turn on but they do not connect and i can not get it tot show anything so i try calling and no answer for a week straight no answer,finally they answer and they try to help over the phone it doesn't work they send a return receipt I sen the system back and have not been able to contact any one sense.
Needless to say i still don't have a computer and i have been going through this for 2 months now. and i lost an opportunity that i needed to work from home do to all the back and forth and really poor customer services.

We purchased two computers. We were sent a message from Discount Computers telling us they would arrive on 12/17. The computers did not arrive and we did not get even the courtesy of an explanation until we called and were then informed that they were too busy so it might go out sometime over the next week. HORRIBLE SERVICE. We asked that they sent the equipment that was paid for even if they had lied the first time. We were told a refund would even take 7 days. BAD SERVICE - NO COMMUNICATION - TRY SOMEPLACE HONEST FIRST!!!!

I have called this company to try to get a idea where my computer is no answer. That's not good customer service.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE EVER!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER WILL HAVE YOU ON HOLD AND WOULD NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE EVER!! I ORDERED MY DAUGHTERS XMAS GIFT ON 12/6/19 AND THEY SENT ME A EMAIL SAYING THEY SHIPPED IT ON 12/9/19 TO FED EX AND GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER! FROM 12/11/19 UNTIL TODAY 12/17/19 THERE IS NO SHIPPING INFO UNDER THE TRACKING NUMBER SO I CALLED DISCOUNT COMPUTER EVERYDAY SINCE THE 11TH AFTER HOLDING EVERYDAY FOR 1HR AND A HALF AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER!! I EVEN EMAILED THEM AND STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM YET!! SO I CALLED FEDEX AND THEY SAID THE COMPANY CREATED A LABEL BUT NEVERED SHIPPED THE PACKAGE TO THEM SMDH I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AND XMAS IS A WEEK AWAY AND I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO REPLACE IT WITH BCUZ THEY TOOK MY FREAKING MONEY!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!
