God I have never seen such bad support

God the support is the worst. Bot keeps closing my tickets constantly, when I finally get a staff member, they give the same bot answers without reading and close the tickets constantly.

After like 12 tickets I still can't get a normal response, waiting and hoping for their x(twitter) support to help out... hopefully.

Alright update.... 13 days later and this is basically the timeline.

Timeline

Account hacked and disabled causing forget password not to work meaning I can't respond to the disabling of the account.

Send ticket to support - gets auto replied can't get support

Send message here, no response while you've already been responding to posts after mine.

Create an account so I can keep in touch with friends, the moment I join 1 server (Discord townhall) instantly banned the moment I clicked on resources and telling me I have identity theft or something?

Now both accounts are down.. Can't contact friends on discord

Support is not responding since the messages are all clyde auto replies

Trying to get contact here (x) but also feel ignored since you (discord support on x) have been responding to messages up to 11th of january while mine was on the 7th of january.

Getting really done and frustrated how things are handled currently.

STOP BANNING PEOPLE FOR NO REASON

Basically my account got banned for no reason, other than their abysmal A.I. which doesn't know the difference between porn and a meme. After trying to get help from their support team, I was met with another A.I. There is no hope from their support team, they do not care whatsoever. I wonder if they even have employees in that branch, and if they do they surely just spend all their time at work on their phones doing NOTHING!

Unhelpful support

I got falsely banned for being under 13 by their ai, which I am not, and it has taken multiple tickets and responses and I'm still not unbanned. Also the support ai is completely useless

Terrible support

I hope there will be an alternative for Discord. The support is abysmal. Account got banned because apparently images of sports are now non consensual porn. This is what happens when you have a crappy AI scan images and not have actual support staff looking at appeals.

Chatting app warning

Be careful on this app. Some companies use this app for their customers to chat. Make sure you are connected to the server of the company before trusting anyone that you are chatting with. User names can be just slightly altered and imposters can convince you that you are chatting with the person they are impersonating. Trust your instinct, Any doubts, just double check with company via email before trusting the conversation from a possible imposter. If you find out they are an imposter, right click on the conversation, and report the incident to Discord.

suspended my account becaue "im underage" (im not.)

banned my account for being underage (im way above 13) and they dont care enough to remove the suspension. they do this to "maintain my safety" whilst theyre letting people who share gore and such disgusting stuff wander around. shitty moderation. fun and shit until discord decides to say youre underage as a high school student.

Worst customers support experience ever

Absolutely appalling experience for a loyal 2.5 year Nitro subscriber. After a technical glitch on their end prevented me from upgrading my plan, I contacted support immediately, but agents, like John Ta, took nearly a week to reply with useless scripted answers, causing my badge streak to expire solely due to their slowness. They completely ignored video proof of the technical bugs, disregarded their own official email stating my perks were valid until Dec 24, and refused to fix the damage caused by their negligence. Now, they are simply auto-closing my tickets without reading them; I wanted to upgrade and pay for the full service, but instead, I was punished for their broken system and incompetent support

Servers turn into chaos fast. Notifications never stop, moderation tools feel weak, and everything important gets buried. It’s loud, messy, and way harder to manage than it should be.
