I have had my Discord account (.tan5) since 2017 with a perfect record. On Friday, March 20, my account was compromised by a malicious script that posted prohibited content. I manually deleted the content the second I saw it to protect the community, but I was still auto-banned for "Child Safety."

It has been over 3 days and I have received zero help from a human. I am being penalized for a security breach I actively tried to stop. I have even provided the Server ID (1455365880669016196) where the logs clearly show me manually deleting the bot's posts, but Discord is ignoring my evidence.

This is a clear violation of my rights under the Digital Services Act (DSA) to a fair and human-led appeal process. I have already contacted the Belgian Consumer Ombudsman and am prepared to escalate further. I just need a human to check my logs and help a loyal 9-year user.

they are a bunch of kids scamming ppl of cheap ingame goods and are racist and they are taking payment by crypto so u cant see there name n shi its discord server

Threatening to bring to police for a service that is only meant for gaming this discord is a complete garbage can

Discord nowadays is mainly used for scams, phishing and stealing accounts/virtual items. On their report site theres no category for reporting a server. Every day many young players gets tricked and lose their accounts.

Idk man they can be good but they need to fix the bug with starting. When I downloaded fits ocuple of times, the app was stuck on starting and it didnt open :(
Then I found a solution in some forums ,and it worked. The app itsellf is the best for teamspeak, we use it with our friends when we are playing some games or just chatting.

Very good, and wonderful UI. I notice some of the reviews here are bad but just ignore them as they are trolling. This app has made me connect with people in ways it's very hard to do it irl. As per irl, you should always be aware who you are talking to, and block and report chats that are uncomfortable. I would love if discord added that reminder when you first join. But all in all, this app deserves the 4.7 stars that's on the Google Play stores.

As I stated in another review, this platform is full of creeps and bad people. Their support team is absolutely abysmal too, I sent a request for them to recover my hacked account (this was months ago) and to this day, they have yet reply to me or take any action. They hardly do anything to prevent spam and scams and their moderation is overall terrible. Child safety is most commonly another big issue with this platform. You're better off using alternatives like "Revolt" or matrix. Avoid using this trash.

There employees are very bias. They also dont care a lot about privacy and scan your messages with AI and there staff can read them.

Great interface. I loved hosting communities on Discord as it's user-friendly. The security layer is also wonderful, sometimes it can be cumbersome but it is worth it.

Really like the service. It's easy, intuitive, and completely free!
It's great for hosting a public server or just chatting with friends!

one of the best Messenger out there but! the support is sometimes a bit incompetent

I've paid for Nitro a few times now and each time I do I get unwanted advertisements at the top of my Discord App. Majority of the time it's for something I can't even redeem.
It's HIGHLY f***ing annoying.
Why are you even advertising to paying customers?

Account terminated.

After using discord for about 4 years, and being a paying member for about 2 years (early nitro supporter), my account was terminated for no reason.

I was watching youtube as I was logged out of discord. I tried logging in but it said "Account terminated" Hmm..I contact support and explain the situation. Their reply?

"Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account."

Really Discord? You can't even tell me the reason as to why you banned me from your platform?

I have the past 4 years of my life on here. But obviously they don't care. Goodbye Discord

Discord its amazing. It is an easy app to contact your friend's or family and it is really easy to get used to.
At first I had no clue how to use it after a day or 2 I knew how to use discord. I really do recommend this app.

My account was deactivated for spamming but in that moment i wasan't spam i was ading a bot .And i was banned for spam and abuse(it wasant say for what type of abuse). This is what they said Hi,

Does not load, no haptic feedback. My class is there and I cannot interact. "Failed to load messages" and I cannot send messages either. It worked (slowly and badly) for 2 weeks, now nothing.

Update: Works about 4/5 of the times.
