Top quality product and service
I ordered 37 mtb jerseys for our local club, mix of long and short sleeve premium fabric to our design.
Can't fault the design and ordering process, jerseys are top quality and fit is spot on.

Awful customer service
Purchased a pair of ‘custom’ pants, arrived and they are not the quality expected and the photo that they have on their website is not very clear and isn’t a true representation of the pants.
Politely requested a refund only to be told no, even though their website states within 14 days you can have a refund... oh no. This is for NON custom items. So if you purchase anything custom you cannot have a refund, this is only stated underneath the product, in the product description.
So their full refund policy is not stated in the same place. You have to search through their website to find the refund policy on their custom items. This is misleading and false advertisement.
When I contacted them again to state that I was not happy with the quality of the item they hounded me through emails, screenshotting the fine print of the website, asking me if I had ‘read the description at all’ if I had ‘read anything on their website’.
They are incredibly rude and unprofessional please do not waste your money.
I also DO NOT work for any competitors, I do not receive any form of money from any competitors. You are using it as a tit for tat situation. Your clothing quality is awful and you would not issue me a refund due to petty reasons.

Thank you for your feedback. As stated in an email from me the fact custom items cannot be returned is very clearly described within the product description and is not hidden in any shape or form it is even made larger and bolder than any other text within the description . On further investigation into your order it has came to our attention you work for a direct competitor and would be just seeking to proceed in a manner to discredit DRa brand. Which will be reported and dealt with as such alongside the abuse being suffered from other ambassadors and employees of the brand in question.
Grey/black flannel shirt
I bought the grey/black flannel shirt and when it arrived I was impressed with its fit and quality however after only one wash it shrank. Pretty disappointed to only get one wear out of it. I double-checked the washing instructions and I had washed it cooler than on the label so shouldn't have been a problem.
Update- having seen my review DRa have contacted me and provided me with a refund for the product even though I haven't asked for one and there has been a number of months since my purchase, they clearly have pride in their business and I would use them again.

Just got my new mountain bike pants.
Just got my new mountain bike pants today they are awesome! Put them on right away and fit perfectly then took them on an 8 mile ride. Very comfortable and breathable. Will definitely order from you guys again! Thanks for the great product! Thanks again!

Get service from start to finish.
Phil was quick and relying to any message we sent. And patient with it design changes. Quality it the best we have come across and turn around time was good for the amount of garnets and our custom design. Highly recommended for at apparel or custom work.
