iPhone 14
Hi, I didn't know it was so easy. I got an iPhone 14 from my sister-in-law in Austria, but we didn't know it had a SIM lock. Sending it back wasn't an option—too expensive, or waiting until we went back there. But then I found this site, and it was actually done in no time. They check if the device isn't stolen or lost, and then it goes fast. A few days later, the device was SIM-free. Thank you.
Scam.. Avoid
Scam.. did not unlock the device and kept asking for more money . Avoid
They will charge you an initial fee and then keep trying to get you to pay again and then a third time .. Complete scam

DO NOT PURCHASE!
DO NOT PURCHASE!! If there was a 0 star option I would have selected. I paid 24USD for an eligibility check on 28 May 2026 that then sent me to pay $68USD for an unlock. Subsequently they said standard failed now I have refused to pay the additional $174USD for premium and I have requested a refund of my $68USD and inform them that I am not interested in premium. All they keep doing is running me around and still trying to persuade me to purchase premium. I am now going to report them to my bank as a scam and to the UK's national reporting centre for cybercrime and fraud.

Got it done without going in to a store

My concern is very simple.
My concern is very simple.
I paid for a phone unlocking service and my phone was not unlocked.
Instead of completing the service, I was told that additional payments were required. When I declined to pay more money, I was issued with a credit note that I have no intention of using.
From my perspective, I paid for a service that was never delivered. I do not want store credit and I do not want to purchase any further services. A credit note for a service I will never use is not a satisfactory resolution.

Total Rip off
Total Rip off. I thought the £14-99was the fee. That is just the start. They then wanted £49-99to continue.

Fraud
I made a payment of $120 for an iPhone unlock service, but the service has not been delivered even after 7 days. My phone is still SIM locked. The company used misleading progress updates and false claims about processing with Apple. I have contacted the merchant but no resolution was provided. I want to raise a dispute and request a chargeback for this transaction.

Hello
Hello. Direct Unlocks also deceived me. I ordered an iPhone unlock. They charged me three times: first $7, then $25, then $60. After 24 hours, they said it didn’t work and that I needed to wait another 7 days. If it still doesn’t work after that, they said I would need to purchase a Premium service, which would be a fourth payment — and I refused to pay it.

Unclear pricing, no unlock code, refund ignored, then asked for more money
Less than 1 star if possible.
Very disappointing and concerning experience with DirectUnlocks.
I paid £14.99 first for an “eligibility check” for my Huawei P30 locked to Vodafone UK. Then I was asked to pay another £30.00 for the actual unlocking service. After waiting and asking for a refund because the phone was not unlocked within the expected time, I was told the order was “99% complete” and that I should wait.
A few hours later, instead of receiving an unlock code or a refund, I received another message saying Vodafone had rejected the unlock request and that they now needed an additional £40.00 for a “premium service” directly from Huawei.
So in my case, the price went from £14.99, to £30.00, and then suddenly another £40.00 was requested. That would make the total £84.99, and still no unlock code was provided.
The whole process was unclear from the beginning. The confirmation emails were sent in raw HTML format, practically unreadable for a normal customer. The payment structure was not clear, the service was not delivered as expected, and when I requested a refund, I did not receive it. Instead, I was asked to pay even more money.
This experience raises serious red flags for me. It felt misleading, confusing, and extremely poor from a customer service point of view.
I would not recommend this company. Be very careful before paying, because in my experience the initial price was not the final price, the phone was not unlocked, and my refund request was ignored.
