Horrible

Horrible. Ordered an item. Then it sat for days. Only to get canceled when I asked when it would be shipped. No explanation on why or how. Just the hand. So rude and disrespectful. Will NEVER do business ever again.

BEWARE!! SCAMMERS!!

BEWARE! SCAMMERS!!

They shipped the wrong product then canceled the return and ignored me.

I ordered a P4304XXMUXX. They shipped a P4304XXMFEN2. Very different products with obviously different part numbers. The one they shipped (ends in MFEN2) is worth MAYBE $200 and has been discontinued for years. I paid them $800 for the one I ordered that is a current product.
Obviously the one they sent me is unusable for the server I'm building.

I messaged them to tell them what happened and they ignored it. I instituted a return claim on Facebook marketplace. They CLOSED the return without communicating with me with the reason: "What is the reason for the return." They had already been told what the reason was, both in the Facebook return process and also via messenger. They ignored both. I sent them some more messages on Facebook. They ignored all of those too. Then I opened a complaint with Facebook and Facebook asked for me to reply to an email with pictures and to "explain the problem" again. Again I explained. I sent pictures. I have still been ignored by everyone and it's been 3 weeks since I received the wrong product. And they've just kept my $800 and pretended I don't exist. These people are scammers and Facebook won't do anything about it. I'll be filing a fraud claim with American Express next.

Website “in stock” indicator not correct

The website showed they had items in stock, in sufficient quantity to fill my order. After they charged my card but did not ship, I was told they were not in stock and it would be 2-3 weeks. I cancelled immediately and asked for a refund multiple times. I had to complain to PayPal to get my refund. Buyer beware.

Not Bad, Could be Better

Better communication with customers needed. A chat feature on the website would be helpful. Response time with emails from customers could be improved. I was also never provided a tracking number, once my product changed to status, “shipped”. However, product received was well packed.

Attempted to order a graphics card...

Attempted to order a graphics card from here against my better judgement because of the current scarcity, and lack of information about this seller made this decision seem worth a try. Big mistake - the order is still "awaiting fulfilment" over a week later despite showing "in stock" at the time of ordering, and their published shipping policy of three business days to ship. Sent a message which has been ignored. Calling the customer service number goes to voicemail every time I've tried during normal business hours. I would strongly urge others in this situation to steer clear as I will likely be opening a dispute through PayPal for a refund today.

The item was fine

The item was fine, just thought it would be bigger. The real issue and the reason I gave 2 stars was because of the customer service. I want this shipped to my office so because it was different then my billing address the seller wanted a picture of my DL and front and back of my credit card! Then he got upset when I ask him for a picture of his id! Long story short I didn't give him picture of my information and went thru paypal to buy it.

This have a very good customer service

This have a very good customer service, I was looking for a Samsung tv and they help me locate a very good one at a price even lower than Best Buy’s or Amazon. Very satisfied and will be back for any other purchase in the future
