Excellent Company
Placed my order late Thursday evening - by 9am Friday morning I received a call from Paul checking that I was ok with the delivery times. I explained that it was my fault, I had not ordered in time for Monday. Paul called me back a couple of hours later and said that he had been able to get the knobs delivered to my home address for Monday. They actually arrived Saturday afternoon! Excellent quality on the knobs too. Thank you Paul - you are a star

Cheapest hinges on the market
Cheapest, decent quality door hinges I could find on the internet
Solid Steel Ball Bearing Hinges at £2.72 each were half the price of elsewhere and my carpenter was very impressed that I hadn’t opted for standard door hinges from local DIY stores.
They came well packaged and within 3 days from order

Great service and honesty
I made a mistake with my order. The director email to query this. He refunded my original order and I reordered the correct order saving me several pounds. I cannot fault these at all. Great fast service and honesty.

First class customer service
I had a lot of questions to ask about particular door handle I needed to replace. The help I got from DDH was exemplary - fast to respond, willing to explain details of the product and take and share pictures so that I could ensure it would match my requirements. And when they couldn't fulfil my order they were willing to recommend another company who would be able to assist me. Overall the service from DDH was superb!

Everything excellent, can’t fault it. Price, product knowledge when I called to check stock, everything available for a full house handle and lock swap out, easy to order on the website, order update communications and it all came the following morning really well packaged.
