Paid for 20 leads up front, was told they would be exclusive to us, was told for the area we covered we would be expecting 15 plus boiler leads a week. We ended up having to open up our area to additional postcodes to try helping them bring in more leads. The leads we got through were beyond poor most contact details didn't work. Some people we called shouted at us demanding how we got their details as they hadn't filled anything in with their details for a new boiler. Had zero contact from anyone at Direct Data Squad complete waste of time and money out the 20 leads I think we only managed to quote for one of them.
